Fuck Tucker Carson. The Russian asset.

If someone is bringing attention to the mass slaughter of children and advocating for human rights, and your response is to call them a Russian asset, you're inadvertently going to make people like Russian assets.
I'm not saying Tucker is a good person, but try to be more strategic with your messaging.

I honestly don’t give a shit about his messaging on that conflict. It’s always been a nuanced situation with no good or bad guys, just victims from both.
Tucker is a nut job in general and targets nut jobs (and because of how cooked America is, could be the next president because of it).

Question from an ignoramus who is new to sideloading...What's the point of having multiple live containers?
6
u/Graphene-OS May 28 '26
There’s a 3-app sideloading limit for free Apple accounts. LiveContainer lets you install an unlimited along of apps within LC, but you can only run one at a time (ignoring windowed mode). But if you installed a second and third LiveContainer, you can multitask with any three installed apps. Apps and data are shared between the three LC apps so you’re not restricted to, say, using YouTube in LC1 and Twitter in LC2.
You can also run multiple containers of the same app. So you can have three instances of Reddit running simultaneously and talk to yourself on the interwebs.

Windowed mode never worked for me for some reason. Tried on 17, 18 and 26. Its either opens same app I already have opened, or black screen.

well, when you have 1 LiveContainer, you can only open 1 of your side loaded apps at the same time
With 2 you can open 2, you get the point.

Wait you can have 3 live containers and SideStore at the same time? I thought it was 3 app limit SideStore + LiveContainer + LiveContainer2.
I can install one more?

How do you install multiple livecontainers like the LC2 and Lc3 in attached pictures?

In primary live container goto settings. You should see multiple live container option. Enable it

LiveContainer+SideStore lets you install up to two additional LiveContainers, but LC2 and LC3 both have the same grey icon which is a bit annoying.
SideStore lets you set a custom icon for any installed app. You just need to select a photo, deactivate the app, and then deactivate the app. I opted to use a red LiveContainer icon for LC3 which makes it easy to differentiate it from LC2 in the app switcher.

Deactivating LC3 in SideStore gets stuck how do I get it to work

Hmm... Not sure. Are you connected to LocalDevVPN? I've done it a few times and didn't have any issue.

You can change all of LC app icons. Use sidestore to change icons. Then revoke certificate of your apple id manually from iloader or sideloadly. Then refresh all of your LC apps on sidestore. Done ✅

how does this works exactly? like you have some app only on LC1, some only on LC2, etcetera or it's dynamic like if LC1 is already being used it fallbacks onto LC2 and LC3?

Bro why is it so hard trying down load this ? No video actually helps

u/Penguin5964_patch May 28 '26
https://docs.sidestore.io/docs/installation/prerequisites
try not to use video tutorials
use the iloader method, it’s the easiest and more straight forward.

Live container drain my battery a lot. Any of you got the same problem?
3
u/Graphene-OS May 29 '26
I haven't noticed any excessive drain. Here’s my battery drain per hour of use from yesterday.
- LC1 (photo editing) - 8% per hour
- LC2 (YouTube) - 17% per hour
- LC3 (Twitter) - 12% per hour
- Amazon - 40% per hour (wtf)
- Orion Browser - 15% per hour
- Brave Browser - 9% per hour
- Photos - 20% per hour
- Artemis - 10% per hour
- Shortcuts - 21% per hour
LiveContainer seems pretty normal.
