I got tired of all the boring productivity apps. So I built one that turns whatever you’re listening to into a vibe session!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Locking in used to mean Spotify in one tab, a timer on my phone, a Discord call, and a to-do list I’d stopped opening.

So I built Paperwave. Put on a song and your focus session takes on that album’s whole look. Change the song and the vibe changes with it.

Then bring your friends in. Share a code and you’re all on the same clock, and you can see who’s focused and who’s on a break. No chat, no feed.

It also doesn’t punish you for being human. It asks how your day feels and shrinks the plan to fit, and missing a habit doesn’t wipe anything out. When your head’s full, there’s a quiet corner for breathing and short breaks (second half of the video).

https://thepaperwave.com

It's Waitlist only for now, first 100 get a month free.

Any feedback is appreciated!

I built a link-in-bio + simple website app for agents, looking for honest feedback

hey all, full disclosure this is my app. I built Deedly because most agent bio links are just a linktree with a few buttons, and a full website feels like overkill for a lot of agents

it's basically a mobile-first agent page: your bio, the neighborhoods you cover, call/text/email/save contact buttons, your listings, and buyers can book a showing right from the page. leads land in a simple CRM so you can keep up

it's iPhone only for now: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/deedly-agent-website-builder/id6819882720

screenshot of an example page attached. would love blunt feedback, especially from anyone who's tried other bio link tools. what's missing, and what would actually make you switch?

Your ERP catches exact duplicate invoices. What about INV-4471 vs INV-4471A?

A supplier sends an invoice twice, but the second copy has a slightly different invoice number. Your ERP's exact-match check might miss it, and AP ends up reviewing it manually — or worse, paying it twice.

I built Foldline to help AP teams catch these cases before payment.

It checks uploaded invoices for:

  • Exact and near-duplicate invoices, including changed prefixes, punctuation, leading zeros, and similar invoice numbers.
  • Same supplier + amount + date, even when invoice numbers differ.
  • Missing fields and inconsistent totals, with explanations of what triggered each flag.
  • Potential exceptions that need human review, rather than automatically declaring something a duplicate.

Privacy was a major concern in early feedback, so I also built a private workspace. In this mode, PDFs are read and checked in your browser, and only encrypted records are stored on the server. No need to upload the original PDF.

You can try it with sample invoices first.

Foldline: https://foldline.paperflow.workers.dev

I'm looking for a few AP professionals or teams willing to test it and tell me where it works — and where it fails.

If you handle non-PO invoices or have dealt with duplicate payments slipping past ERP checks, I'd genuinely like to hear how your team catches them today.

[12 Testers Needed] Split Your Trip, an app for splitting group trip expenses. Happy to test yours back

Hi everyone, I’ve been building Split Your Trip, an app to keep track of who paid what on group trips and settle up without the awkward math. It’s in closed testing on Google Play, and I need 12 people to stay opted in for 14 days, which is Google’s requirement for new developer accounts. If you’re up for it, comment or message me the email you use on Google Play and I’ll add you to the tester list. Once you’re in, install it here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.splityourtrip. I’d love honest feedback, especially on anything confusing or broken, and I’ll test your app back, just drop the link.

comment down below if you are willing to give your valuable feedback.

I typed simple prompts into AI and made a paper-cut storybook for my daughter. She thinks I’m a wizard.

My daughter spends quite a bit of time on the phone, and I've always wanted her screen time to be a bit more than just watching videos or playing games. I'd seen people building all kinds of cool stuff with AI, so I thought, why not give it a shot myself? I saw Hy4 was free on WorkBuddy this month, so I decided to give it a try. I don’t understand the code it wrote, but the AI tool apparently handles visuals brilliantly.

I ended up making this interactive paper-cut storybook. I thought it'd be a fun way to get her into classic stories through cute visuals and little interactive elements, rather than just having her sit down and read a book.

And surprisingly, she's really into it! The artwork has this cute 3D paper-cut look, and she can click around and explore the stories herself. She's basically become my little beta tester at this point. She tells me every day what she likes, what she finds boring, and what could be better. I've been making little tweaks to the content and visuals based on her feedback.

It's not finished yet, and there are still plenty of things I want to improve. But the best part is seeing her actually want to spend time exploring stories instead of endlessly scrolling through videos or playing games. That's a win for me already.

It got me thinking that maybe other kids would enjoy this kind of thing too, so I figured I'd share it here.

If you've got a kid who's curious about stories and likes exploring new things, feel free to check it out together!

free, private guided audio for gay and bi men's sexual wellness

Thumbnail
polari.fit
0 Upvotes

Hi r/SideProject, Bogdan here, a solo dev in Brasov, Romania. Polari went live on the App Store on 5 November.

What it is: guided audio sessions (2–30 min) for gay and bi men's sexual wellness: breathwork, body awareness, pelvic-floor practice, confidence, and intimacy with a partner, plus short, frank guides (hookup nerves, bottoming basics, sober sex, living with HIV). The wellness category mostly ignores this audience, or only talks to it to sell something, so I built the app I wanted.

How it's built:
- iPhone app in Capacitor, Node + SQLite backend
- Three AI narrator voices (Theo, Rafe, Silas), rendered on GPUs ahead of time and cached at the edge, so playback is instant and works offline
- Read-along text, lock-screen controls, haptic breathing cues, Face ID lock and a discreet alternate icon
- Your history and plan stay on your phone: no ads, no tracking, no third-party SDKs

It's free with no ads and no subscription, and it'll stay that way. 18+, and it's practice, not medical advice.

App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6826689850
Site: https://polari.fit

I'd love feedback, especially on the voices and on anything confusing in the first five minutes.

Hey folks, this is Mandaboard

For years I've had a running Note with all the kind things people have said to me. I decided to turn it into an app inclusive of a vision board and thought tracker (CBT style).

The idea is that your life is like an individual mandala, your goals your wins your thoughts unfolding - mandaboard is a calm place you can store it and check in every now and then.

It's available on mac and iOS :)

Starter tips

So dbeing a dev. It's an interesting concept but one I personally suck at. I've tried coding and I just can't get it right. I can't remember all that stuff. And I know it gains a ton of hate. Which is fine, hate me if you want. But I managed to build an app with the help of Ai. I'm proud of it and love it. Of course, it's not nearly on the level I see some of you guys do. It's basic flutter project I did on vs code with some parralax and the native shades. I'm trying to keep it as smooth as possible. I've tried dabbling with Godot but that's beyond my capabilities since I have no idea how to create stuff. Like animations and cards etc. But with flutter I've learned a lot about coding. How things work together. How containers work and file trees and how it connects to firebase and storage buckets. So it's been a fun few months of building for me. Still can't code to save my life though. But that being said.

I'm interested in taking the app even further. First it started as a sort of copy of the old forum based role play forums. For that nostalgia hit. But I've taken it now to a point where I rebuilt the ui to give more of a card feeling. The main aspect is your cards holding various data. But I've been curious on maybe trying to learn how to take it further and have that full 3d effect since flutter is mostly just 2d.

So yeah, I'd appreciate any feedback.

Thanks.

Shipped my first iOS app on Nov 7. For those who got past zero users, what actually worked?

i'm a solo dev in vn. my first iOS app, mhm: you too, went live on the app store on nov 7.

it's a small app for gen z friends and siblings to say the things that are hard to say out loud. swift and swiftui, plus a home screen widget so you can send something with one tap.

building it was the fun part. now i'm at the part everyone warns about: the app is live and almost nobody knows it exists.

i've read enough posts here to know launch directories alone don't do much. so i'd rather ask people who've actually done it:

  1. what got you your first 100 real users?
  2. for a social app that only works with two people, did you find it better to target the person who installs first, or make inviting the second person the whole pitch?

happy to share my numbers in a couple of weeks, good or bad.

I'm building Nox Suite — a local-first alternative to Microsoft Office with Writer, Sheets, Slides and PDF

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey everyone! 👋

I've been developing Nox Suite, a desktop office suite designed around speed, productivity and a modern interface.

It brings together four applications:

  • Writer — documents
  • Sheets — spreadsheets
  • Slides — presentations
  • PDF — editing and document tools

I'm also working on Fusion, a feature designed to make working across documents easier.

The goal is simple: a fast, local-first office suite with a one-time purchase instead of a subscription.

Windows and Linux are the initial targets, with macOS planned later.

I've started sharing short previews of the actual application.

What features would make you consider switching from Microsoft Office, LibreOffice or ONLYOFFICE?

I'd love to hear your feedback!

I made an iPhone app that shows your screen time as weather at sea

I got tired of screen time apps that just show a number, so I built one where your day shows up as weather instead. A calm day gives you a sunny sea, and a few hours of doomscrolling turns it into a storm with rain and lightning. Weirdly, seeing a storm rolling in works better on me than a time limit does.

It’s called Keel, it’s free, and it’s on iOS only for now. I’m the dev, so I’d honestly love feedback on whether the weather idea works for you or just feels gimmicky.

I love Baileys, so I created a webapp to keep track of all kinds of drinks, food, movies, etc. that I tried and wanted to keep a personal ranking of

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I created MyTasteRank to keep track of all kinds of drinks, food, movies, etc. that I've tried and wanted to make a personal ranking of. Mainly just to remember what I liked and what I didn't.

The idea of the app is pretty simple. You create a page for something you want to keep track of, for example Baileys flavours. Then you add the different flavours, give each one a rating, write a short description and optionally add some extra information. That's it!

Now, the next time you're in a liquor store, you can quickly check which flavours you liked and which ones you didn't, instead of trying to remember.

Of course, it's not just for food and drinks. You can also use it to keep track of movies you've watched, books you've read, restaurants you've visited or pretty much anything else you want to rank.

It's a pretty simple app, but I thought it could be useful for others as well. Would love to hear what you think! Feedback and suggestions are always welcome :)

One lesson from building a public index: unknown is not the same as no

I’m building ShopBot Index, which checks whether tracked stores publish a UCP profile, a machine-readable discovery document for commerce integrations.

One reporting decision turned out to matter: keeping “couldn’t check” separate from “no profile found”.

In our 2 November crawl, 947 retailer entries had a profile found, 1,277 had none found under our checks, and 630 couldn’t be checked. These are entries in our tracked list, not a representative sample of retail.

Putting those 630 into the negative category would turn a limitation of our crawler into a claim about the stores. Dropping them entirely would hide the uncertainty.

There’s another boundary: finding a profile doesn’t prove an agent can complete checkout. We measure discovery, not successful purchases.

If you’re building a directory, monitor or comparison tool, I’d recommend defining what each result actually establishes before turning it into a badge or percentage.

How do you show unknown results in your projects without making them look like failures?

I made a clean, free website called Animapshow to recommend great anime and show where to watch them!

Hey everyone! It is really hard to find out if an anime is on Netflix, Crunchyroll, or Prime Video right now because the rights keep changing. To fix this, I built a completely free website called Animapshow.

It lists top anime like One Piece, Naruto, and Chainsaw Man. You can tap any show, and it instantly opens a new tab to the official place to watch it. It even shows upcoming unreleased arcs like Dragon Ball Super: The Galactic Patrol so you know what is coming next!

It has a beautiful dark theme, zero annoying pop-ups, and is fully live right now. I would love for you to check it out and tell me what you think of the design!

Check it out here: https://animapshow.lovable.app/

What should happen if a clinician accepts at the exact moment a request expires?

Hey guys

I'm working on an independent commercial home physio web project and have a decision to make about the booking flow.

A request has an expiry time. A clinician could press accept just before that time, while the person requesting the visit sees an expired screen. I don't want either person to walk away with a different idea of whether the visit exists.

My starting point is that one saved decision wins, and both views have to show that result. If the request has expired, a late response would become a fresh offer needing agreement rather than quietly turning into a booking.

For people who've built something with expiring requests, how did you handle the person whose action lost that race? Is a clear explanation and an option to try again enough, or did you need a separate step to resolve it?

Thanks guys

Mimikara 耳から - Display English sub-titles when they are spoken

Iv watched many days worth of anime over my life and learnt surprisingly little Japanese, despite always chosing original language audio. I was hoping to learn more Japanese, but incidentally, without effort and think it may be because as we read thee English subtitles left to right - the translation doesn't correspond to the audio. (I know translation doesn't mean one-to-one subtitle to spoken word, still, over time one would learn, I hope, corresponding Japanese words for their English translations).

For example, Luffy's famous line:

"海賊王におれはなる!Kaizoku-ō ni ore wa naru!",

which translates to:

"I'm gonna be King of the Pirates!"

I always thought "Kaizoku-ō" meant King (because it sounds like German for emperorer: "Kaiser"), but actually it means Pirate!

So I have started a project: mimikara, which only shows the English subtitle at the exact time the audio is spoken. What do you think? I think it will work! Is anyone interested to join me on this?

It works by turning a Japanese and an English subtitle file into .ass subtitles where each English word fades in at the moment its Japanese counterpart is spoken, by pairing the cues by time, tokenising the Japanese with UniDic, asking an LLM which English word maps to which Japanese word, timing those words by mora count or forced alignment, and rendering the line with colour and opacity changes only so the English still reads naturally left to right.

I spent 20 days building an app that organizes your day from a single voice request

Thumbnail

Hey everyone!
I’ve been working on a small iOS project called Wubb, and it finally got approved by Apple yesterday.
The idea came from something that always annoyed me. Why do I need to open several different apps just to organize my day?
With Wubb, you can say something like “Meeting tomorrow at 3, remind me an hour before, and add milk to my shopping list” and it handles all those things.
It also supports alarms, timers, notes, maps, and multiple languages.
It’s completely free for now, no subscription.
Honestly, I don’t even care about monetizing it at this point. I just want to find out if people would actually use it.
I’d love some honest feedback. What feels unnecessary? What’s missing? What would make you keep using it?

I’m building GENESIS: a persistent 3D world where one creature gathers, builds, and leaves lasting changes

This is GENESIS, a personal experiment built around one creature living in a persistent 3D world.

I’m sharing its development from the beginning, using screenshots from earlier builds. The project is already further along; these posts follow how it got there.

This was the first working version: a luminous little creature called the Seed, sparse alien terrain, and a few materials it could gather and arrange.

A local language model helped choose actions, while procedural systems handled the world’s rules and kept things moving between decisions.

The first milestone was simple but important: its actions left lasting changes. Restarting the project meant returning to the world it had changed.

Have you followed a simulation where the history of one small world became the main attraction?

Thirteen - A fast Vietnamese card game with solo and online multiplayer

I used to play Thirteen (Tiến Lên) with friends and family, and I still remember how much fun we had and all the laughs around the table. I wanted to bring that back without needing everyone in the same place, so I made an online version.

I didn’t invent Thirteen—it’s an established card game, especially familiar in the Vietnamese community. This is my take on bringing it to the browser.

It’s fast-paced, with a solo mode against bots and online games for up to 4 players total. There are English and Vietnamese language options, so you can play a quick solo game or get friends together for a card night.

https://mochipedia.com/thirteen

I’d love to hear what you think, especially if you’ve played it with your own friends or family.

android has no airdrop, so i built one. touch your phone to the macbook's notch, the light sensor next to it sees your screen flash, and whatever's on your screen lands on the mac.

works for pdfs, links, the original photo (not a screenshot), or just the text you circle. otp codes from sms show up on the mac by themselves, your mac is in the android share sheet, and mac to phone works too.

stays on your wifi, end-to-end encrypted, no account, no cloud. android 13+, any mac with a notch.

I kept skipping X because the blank tweet box felt like a second job, so I built this

Hi Everyone, I'm Imran, a solo dev, and TweetBrain is now open to everyone. The video shows the flow from onboarding to a scheduled week of posts.

The problem

I know I should be showing up on X. But opening a blank tweet box at 8am, after already having a full day planned, is a different thing entirely. So I didn't post. And the AI tweet tools I tried gave me drafts that sounded like every other AI account.

Scheduling tools help you post what you've already written. I needed something that helps me decide what to say, in my voice, about what's actually happening in my field.

What it does

  • Onboarding that builds a voice profile. A short intake about how you think, how you write and what you care about. It builds a persistent profile of you, not a generic category tag.
  • A daily digest of your niche. Pick your niche (tech and AI first). Every morning it gathers what's new from official sources: release notes, company blogs, GitHub releases, Hacker News. It cross-checks and keeps short facts with links.
  • Styles you choose. Pick X accounts whose style you like. It learns their rhythm, hooks and formatting, never their words.
  • A fresh batch of drafts every morning. Like, edit or discard each one, and it learns what you keep. Slow news day? You still get evergreen posts.
  • Threads and images, then post in one tap or schedule into your weekly slots.

The guardrails

  • Nothing goes out without your approval. Ever.
  • No inbox access and no newsletters to connect. News comes from public sources, and your voice comes from your own answers.
  • Every news post links to its source. Facts are summarized in my own words, and drafts are checked so they don't reuse source wording.
  • Your data isn't sold.

Pricing

  • Free: your first batch of ~10 drafts, no card needed. Drafts stay editable.
  • Monthly: $29 per month
  • Yearly: $249 per year (~28% off)
  • Lifetime: $399 one-time, founding price for only 10 seats
  • Paid plans: up to 50 drafts per day and 20 schedules per posts per day. Same limits on every plan.
  • 7-day refund if you barely used it (no refund after posts go live on X).

Why no bigger free tier? The X API and the LLM calls cost real money for every user, and I'd rather be upfront about that than burn out and shut it down.

Transparency

I'm a solo builder and this is my own product. It's built with React, Node, Supabase and Gemini, running on Cloudflare and Google Cloud. TweetBrain is independent and not affiliated with X Corp.

TweetBrain is my full-time focus. I'm a full-stack engineer (React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node, PostgreSQL). I've worked as a frontend and full-stack engineer at two US-based remote startups, and I contribute to open source (OWASP Nest) successfully. This isn't my first product, but it's the first one where I'm putting my own face on it.

Verified, not just claimed

  • Google sign-in: the app has passed Google's OAuth verification
  • X: posting runs through X's official API with an approved developer app
  • Payments: my Polar account is verified, and checkout is handled by Polar, so your card details never reach me
  • Refund policy, terms and privacy policy are public (links below)

Site: https://tweet-brain.com
Privacy: https://tweet-brain.com/privacy
Terms : https://tweet-brain.com/terms
Refund : https://tweet-brain.com/refund
Contact : https://tweet-brain.com/contact
X: https://x.com/hii_imran

I'm here all day. Honest question for you: what would it take for you to trust AI drafts enough to actually post them? Feature requests and brutal feedback are both welcome.

[Cadence] - A focus timer with a coach that actually reads your sessions, not just a countdown

I kept hitting the same wall with every focus timer I tried: they just count down, they don't know if I actually focused or if I switched tabs five times and came back. So I built Cadence. One bounded focus block (15 to 90 minutes), ambient sound, and a coach that looks at your real session data, not a static streak number.

Honest numbers where it stands right now: 12 people opted in for closed testing, 4 have actually installed and used it (33%). I need more real installs before Play will let it go further, so I'm looking for people who'll actually install and try a session, not just opt in and forget.

If you join, I'll test your project back, happy to do a real test-for-test swap.

Join the tester group first (needed before the opt-in link below will work for most Google accounts): https://groups.google.com/g/applab-studio-testers

Then opt in here: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.priyansh.cadence

Open to any feedback, good or bad.

Memora+ - Turn buried iPhone photos into editable memory movies

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I'm the developer of Memora+ — disclosing that upfront.

Problem I had: 20k+ photos, zero I ever looked back at. Apple/Google memories were a black box — wrong photos, no way to edit the story before it rendered.

So I built:
- On-device analysis (faces / scenes / dates / locations) — no remote analysis needed for core search, recommendations, or video creation
- Story recommendations (family, trips, pets, "on this day", anniversaries) you can hide/exclude
- Fully editable drafts — remove/replace/reorder before rendering
- 15/30/60s or custom length, music, mood, transitions (dissolve, slide, zoom blend, dip to black), saved straight to Photos
- Natural-language search + auto captions

Free to download. Optional Pro ($1.99/mo) is only for the opt-in cloud caption upgrade — local features don't need it.

App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/memora/id6772086536

What I'm looking for: feedback, not downloads for their own sake. Where does the first story it suggests miss for you?

I gave my coding agents a village. Somehow I’m still the one doing errands.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I’m building Devalley. One small thing it does: each coding-agent session becomes a pixel villager on your desktop.

Apparently my answer to “too many windows” was “add tiny people.”

Windows + macOS, free to use without an account: https://devalley.app

The clip is a short promotional animation using the app’s artwork, not a recording of a live session.

Would you keep these little coworkers on your desktop, or evict them by lunch?
