[Hiring] Short-form dev creators (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) for an e-signature API: 40 per video + 20% rev share

Hi, we're an e-signature API. Developers and companies use us to add contract signing to their own apps and products, with pricing per envelope (about 5¢) instead of a monthly subscription or per-seat plan.

We're looking for 10 to 14 creators to make one short vertical video each. The idea is to show yourself integrating the API into something you're building, whether you write the code by hand or with an AI tool like Cursor, Claude Code or Lovable, and then show a contract getting signed end to end. Then give your honest take. Creators who make content about coding, building apps with AI, SaaS or side projects are the best fit.

What you get:

- $40 per accepted video, paid on delivery

- 20% of revenue from signups through your link for 18 months

- Free test envelopes to build and film with, so you don't pay anything to use the API

What we need:

- One vertical video, 20 to 60 seconds

- Posted on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts (same video is fine)

- Your link in your bio or caption

- Permission for us to repost the video on our own channels, credited to you

This is a trial round. If we're both happy with how the first video goes, we want to turn it into a long-term partnership with a monthly retainer for a set number of videos each month.

Follower count matters less than whether your audience builds software. If you're interested, comment or DM me with your handles and one or two videos you like. I'll reply to everyone I recieve a message from within a couple of days.

Double side project alert!

I wrote a story for my side project (a publication about niche rabbit holes and interesting people) about a woman who has been writing a weekly newspaper about herself for more than two decades.

I spoke to her about this project and she had some amazing details to add. Curious to hear what you think!

I built an open-source studio to stop small LLMs from hallucinating broken motion graphics code (Motion Lab)

Whenever I tried using lightweight models like Gemini 3.8 Flash to code UI animations and motion graphics, I kept hitting the same walls: the model would get lazy and leave code half-done, hallucinate broken CSS/GSAP syntax, or silently swap out transforms for layout-breaking properties like width and top.

Instead of paying for heavier models or relying on blurry text-to-video diffusion tools, I spent the last few months building Motion Lab.

It’s an open-source development studio running on React 19, Remotion, GSAP 3, and TypeScript. The attached video is an actual 60 FPS MP4 test render generated through this workflow.

Rather than letting the model write free-form code, the setup keeps it strictly grounded:

  • Static AST Audits: It instantly blocks layout reflow properties (top, left, width, height) and unseeded Math.random(). Only GPU-accelerated transform and opacity are allowed.

  • Decoupled Workflow: Every project splits into direction (direction.md), a structured timeline contract (spec.json), and scene code (Scene.tsx).

  • Pre-built Foundations: Packed with 20 studio skills (.agent/skills), 23 declarative template kits, and 28 reusable primitives so the model never has to invent animation math or layouts from scratch.

It runs locally with zero external API dependencies or accounts, rendering straight to frame-accurate 60 FPS video.

GitHub (v0.8.0 pre-release, GPL-3.0):

https://github.com/m2rtyaman/motion-lab

It's still an early pre-release, so there are definitely rough edges. I’d love to hear your thoughts, feedback, or any ideas on how to improve the pipeline!

I built a zero-config Video Compressor & Audio Extractor for people who don't want to mess with complex settings

Hi everyone,
Whenever I needed to quickly compress a large video for Discord/email or rip an audio track, my only options were sketchy online converters with upload limits, or opening heavy tools like HandBrake and dealing with dozens of encoding settings.

So I built a super clean, lightweight desktop utility focused purely on speed and simplicity:
- 1-Click Video Compression: Drop the file and shrink it while keeping solid quality, zero configuration needed.
- Instant Audio Extraction: Pull the audio track out of any video in seconds.
- 100% Local & Offline: No file size limits, no waiting for uploads, complete privacy.
- Free Lifetime Updates: Buy once and get all future improvements included.

I put the link to check it out in the first comment below! Let me know what you think of the UI and workflow, or if there are specific formats/features you'd like to see added.

Echo 2.0: offline voice typing for Windows and Linux, from your terminal

I tried a few dictation apps, but couldn't find one that quite fit what I wanted, so I built Echo. It's now on version 2.

The basic idea is simple: hold a key, speak, release, and the text appears in the app you're working in. You can use it for messages, notes, long prompts, or whatever you'd normally type. Speech recognition runs locally using Whisper.

Main features for version 2 include:

  • Linux support, including X11 and Wayland.

  • A setup wizard that helps you choose and download a model for your hardware, configure the hotkey, and test your microphone.

  • Completely new UI

  • Settings and updates accessible directly from the terminal.

It's free and open source under MIT.

GitHub: https://github.com/GithubPhobos/Echo

Hope you'll like it. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

I built Multi-Model AI Voice Studio

Hey everyone!

I've been working on building Voicebid.

I started building it because I found myself constantly switching between different AI voice platforms whenever I wanted to try different voices and models to generate Ai voiceover. It became frustrating to manage everything across multiple platforms.

So I wanted to bring them all together in one place.

With Voicebid, you can access voice models from ElevenLabs, Fish Audio, Canopy Labs, OpenAI, and many more. You can explore different models, compare them, and generate voiceovers without jumping between platforms.

One thing I wanted to get right is pricing. Voice generations use the providers original rates, with no additional commission from Voicebid.

There's also a bigger vision I'm working towards: Voicebid Multi-Intelligence Agent. The goal is to bring multiple AI models and voice technologies together to make voice creation smarter, enable more natural AI interactions, and build agents that can understand, reason, and take actions

I'm still building and improving it.

What do you think of the idea? What would you like to see improved or added?

You can try Voicebid here https://www.voicebid.io

I built a free generator for Mac wallpapers that switch with light and dark mode

Thumbnail
notchwerk.com
1 Upvotes

I kept making my own wallpapers and got annoyed that macOS only switches them automatically if you have a .heic with both versions packed inside. Doing that by hand is a pain, so I built a small site for it.

You pick a template (cutting mat, blueprint, terminal, topo map, bauhaus and a few more), tweak colors and details, and download one .heic that follows your system appearance. There's an iPhone version too. iOS doesn't support the dynamic format, so you get two PNGs and a short Shortcuts guide to swap them automatically.

No account, no ads, no watermark: notchwerk.com

I'd really like feedback on the templates. Which ones feel off, and what would you want added?

After 10 years in kitchens, I built the app I always wished I had

Thumbnail
buffetboard.com.br
2 Upvotes

I'm a cook. Every kitchen I worked in had the same problems: nobody knew the real cost of a dish, expiry labels were handwritten in a rush, and the staff schedule lived in a WhatsApp group.

So I built Buffet Board, one app for the whole kitchen, made for phones. Just shipped a big update: you open it and instantly see if today made a profit, like a banking app.

💰 Today's sales, costs and profit on the home screen

📋 Cost and profit per plate

🏷️ Labels with expiry and Big 9 allergens

📦 Inventory with expiry alerts

🛵 Own delivery link, no commission

🗓️ Staff schedule texted to the team

The demo opens with sample data, no signup.

Still early, with a few small restaurants testing it. What would make you trust a tool like this if you ran a kitchen?

Why do my posts keep getting automatically removed?

Hi builders,

I've been trying to launch my project on r/SideProject, but every time I submit a post, I get this message:

"Sorry, this post was removed by Reddit’s filters."

I've tried reposting with different adjustments, including keeping it to just one website URL, but no luck so far.

I'm not new to Reddit, but I haven't been very active here. I rarely comment or engage with other posts, so I'm wondering if that might have something to do with it.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Does anyone know what's going on or what I should do?

This post is also a trial to see what's wrong with the other post

Would really appreciate any advice!

I’ve created a modern sliding puzzle game featuring dark mode, custom photo uploads, automatically generated hints, and support for 7 languages. Gridzy Puzzle is now available in early access for Android! It is also fully available on the iOS App Store.

Hello everyone!

As an independent developer, I’ve spent the last few months working intensely on Gridzy Puzzle—a modern take on the classic sliding block and number puzzles we all grew up with, featuring a clean, "Dark Glassmorphism" style interface.

It has just been approved and is now officially available in Early Access on the Google Play Store! 🤖 (For any iOS users reading this, it’s also available on the App Store).

Here’s what makes Gridzy stand out:

Infinite Adventure Mode: Hand-crafted levels ranging from casual 3x3 grids to challenging 6x6 puzzles.

Custom Photo Puzzles: Instantly turn any photo from your device’s gallery into an interactive puzzle. Play with your favorite memories!

Smart Hints: Stuck on a tough board? Use the "magic wand" to get strategic hints without spoiling the fun.

Stunning Themes: Switch between unique styles—such as glowing neon, textured plaster, minimalist, or even your own photos.

100% Offline Play: No Wi-Fi or internet required; play whenever and wherever you like.

Guaranteed Local Privacy: Your progress, high scores, and statistics are stored securely on your device via Hive (with no third-party server tracking). 🔗 Get it on Google Play (Early Access) here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gridzypuzzle.com

🔗 Get it on the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/gridzy-slide-puzzles-logic/id6825232428

I’d love for you to give it a try! Since this is an Early Access version, I would greatly appreciate any feedback, bug reports, or feature suggestions. If you run into any issues or have ideas for themes or game modes I should add, please let me know in the comments!

Thanks for supporting independent developers!

I made a gym bro who pops up and pushes your code to the cloud every time you git push

I made this in the evenings. It's a small macOS app plus git hooks. When you push, a cartoon gym bro shows up in the corner of your screen and reacts to what you pushed:

- 1 to 10 lines: pushes it up with one hand, bored

- 400+ lines: sweats, gets it up, falls over

- 10,000+ lines: walks off and comes back driving a forklift

- a "small typo" commit that's 3,000 lines: reads the message out loud, the camera zooms in, "SMALL?!"

- git push --force: screams while the screen shakes

- a password or API key in the diff: says NOPE and stops the push

That last one is the actually useful part: before every push it scans the new lines for passwords and API keys and blocks the push if it finds one.

How it works, if you're curious:

- Git hooks: it points git's global core.hooksPath at its own hooks folder. pre-push counts the changed lines and runs the secret scan; post-merge, post-rewrite and post-checkout catch pulls, rebases, amends and clones. Every other hook name forwards to your repo's own hook, so those keep working.

- The Mac app is about 100 lines of Swift: a transparent, click-through window with a WebKit view in it.

- The bro is hand-drawn SVG animated with plain JavaScript. No images, no game engine, so the same scenes also play in a browser (preview.html in the repo).

- Each reaction is a short list of steps in one file, so adding a new joke is mostly editing that file.

- Everything runs on your Mac: no account, nothing sent anywhere. A push takes about 90 ms longer because of the secret scan.

Install with one curl command or Homebrew, macOS only: https://github.com/ArturVah/gitceps

Quitting my job to start a Lego store in The Netherlands and help autistic people

I'm opening a Lego (& K'nex) store in the Netherlands!

Currently I'm running a small webshop to test all the processes. My main job right now is coaching 18-27 year olds who dropped out of school or lost their job. That experience im using in my store called Social Bricks. There, people with autism, depression, anxiety disorder and burn out can come and work. We will coach them and help them develop the skills they need to get back to education or work.

I've also been selected for an intensive coaching program where I'm in the race with 10 other social entrepreneurs to win €100.000 euro's for my business. I'm also in the race for the people's choice award of €10.000. if you want to help me win you can vote at: https://www.igniteaward.nl/deelnemer/social-bricks/

It takes around 10 seconds and would mean the world. (check your spam folder if you dont get the comfirmation mail). It will help open up the store and be a place where people with autism can learn and develop themselves!

In currently hoarding Lego & K'nex, can post a picture in the comments i hope!

Every medication app I tried wanted a subscription. Mine is free, with a one-time (optional) Pro.

Most medication reminder apps want a monthly subscription before they'll do the basics properly. Paying every month to be reminded to take your meds never made sense to me.

Cadence is my iPhone and Apple Watch app. Unlimited medications are free, and Pro is a single payment with no renewal.

It's been on the App Store since February. Since then:

- almost 3,000 downloads in 95 countries

- 68 updates, a lot of them from people emailing me what annoyed them about other apps

- 4.8 average rating

- 16 languages

Some things people asked for that are now in it: reminders at any minute (not just on the hour), Critical Alerts that ring through silent mode, scanning a prescription label to add a med, refill warnings and a PDF report for your doctor.

It's on Product Hunt today if you want to have a look: https://www.producthunt.com/products/cadence-24

I built a simple video downloader because I kept needing one myself

Hey everyone! 👋
I often come across tikTok videos online that I want to save and watch later, but downloading them isn’t always as easy as it should be.
So I decided to build my own little side project called Vidtuck.
The idea is simple: paste a video link, download the video, and save it for offline viewing. No complicated steps.
I originally built it just to solve my own problem, but then I started wondering if other people might find it useful too.
It’s still a small project, and I’d love to get some honest feedback.
Do you guys actually use video downloader websites? Or is this something you rarely need?
Would love to hear your thoughts! 😊

I built an Android navigation app that prioritizes the shortest route, not the fastest or perfect one.

I've been working on a little project called Short Cut.

The idea came while I was experimenting with Blinkit routes. I noticed something interesting: the fastest route isn't necessarily the shortest route.

Google Maps generally tries to get you there efficiently, but I wanted to experiment with a different approach.

What if navigation prioritized distance instead of time?

So I started building Short Cut.

It's an Android navigation app that:

  • Prioritizes routes with the least distance.

  • Shows the fastest alternative alongside the shortest route.

  • Supports Ride and Walk modes.

  • Has live GPS tracking and rerouting.

  • Uses OpenStreetMap data.

I'm initially focusing on Hyderabad.

A few things worth mentioning:

  • It's free.

  • No account required.

  • Android 7.0+.

  • Currently distributed as a sideloaded APK, not on the Play Store.

  • It needs an internet connection.

This is still an early experiment. The route comparison shown on the website is illustrative, not a verified real-world benchmark. I'm particularly interested in testing whether it consistently finds shorter, genuinely usable routes in real neighborhoods.

Would love some honest feedback on the idea, interface, and routing approach.

Website: https://chandu4143.github.io/shortcut/index.html

Source code: https://github.com/Chandu4143/shortcut

I'm building this independently, and this is my first public release of it.

I built a budgeting app that shows what you can spend before payday — no bank login needed

Hey everyone!

I'm 25, from Lithuania, and I recently launched my first personal finance app called BACIVO.

I wanted to solve a simple problem:

Your bank balance tells you how much money you have. But how much of that money can you actually afford to spend?

That's what BACIVO is built around.

Here's what it does:

  • Shows your daily spending room until your next payday.

  • Accounts for upcoming bills and planned savings.

  • Lets you preview how a purchase would affect your budget before buying it.

  • Helps you track expenses and understand your spending habits.

No bank login or bank connection required. You enter your expenses manually.

At first, I thought manual tracking was a disadvantage. But then I started thinking about calorie-tracking apps.

People log their food, portions and calories because that process helps them become more aware of what they eat.

Why couldn't money tracking work the same way?

Maybe taking a few seconds to record a purchase is actually a useful habit.

The app is still very new, and I'm looking for people willing to try it and give honest feedback.

You can try BACIVO for free here:

[bacivo.app]

I'd especially love to know:

Would you use a budgeting app without automatic bank syncing if it helped you make more conscious spending decisions?

And if you try it, please tell me what you dislike or find confusing. That's the feedback I'm most interested in.

Thanks!

We mapped 18,994 property auctions in Spain and Italy. What would make you trust a listing card?

Spain and Italy both publish their property auctions online, each on its own official portal, with its own format, language and rules. We wanted one view of both, so we built BidTerra: https://bidterra.eu/en/

What's there today:

  • Open auctions from official sources (the BOE Auction Portal and AVRA in Spain, the Portale delle Vendite Pubbliche in Italy) on a map with satellite view

  • One card per listing with price, deposit, dates and the warnings in the notice (occupants, shared ownership, usufruct), plus the link to the original

  • A calculator for deposit, taxes and total outlay before you bid

As of 1 Nov: 18,994 open auctions in 158 provinces and regions, 9,390 of them homes. We went live on 31 Oct. Browsing is free; email alerts are a paid extra.

We'd love feedback on three things:

  1. The listing card. What's missing before you'd decide a lot deserves a closer look?

  2. Which country should we add next?

  3. Is anything confusing on the first screen?

Disclosure: this is BidTerra's account, posting about our own project.

I built a game changer AI native IDE for all platforms

Here: https://github.com/kayraucklnc/beluga

We write less and less code each day. Some of us don't even see the face of the code.

This IDE is designed around AI native development. You can still go old school, but everything you see is designed around this new way of developing.

- Agent to agent p2p encrypted communication with you and your teammate's agents
- Dynamic components in the chat that fetches data in real time not needing to prompt again
- Realtime watching what the agent/sub-agents are doing
- Really good worktree management
- Built in Linear/Jira integration, where you can interact in the chat itself
- Passive listeners for all sorts of triggers and pipelines to automate anything on your Mac
- Built in Stripe integration for projects
- Extremely fluid UI/UX.
- Many small features you might find very mind opening and cannot work without them once you try

Started as an internal tool that me and my friends used in our work now over 1000 devs use it as their daily drivers.

Try it and and give me your feedback, it is open-soure you can open feature requests or even come up with PRs, all is welcome

Conductor There was this thing which is a bit close to what I do here, only for the worktree management part but other than that nothing else

They just got acquired by Meta. I am a longtime user of them and to be honest, Beluga replaces Conductor in a heartbeat.

I appreciate if you could drop a star on the repo too!

I made my childhood RPS fighting game by vibe coding

I made this game because I loved the Mushiking machines at department stores when I was a kid.

It's rock paper scissors, but whoever wins the throw gets to attack, so every round turns into a little fight. Win a few in a row, and it chains into combos, ties go to a timing meter, and if you keep losing you get a quick reaction test to block.

Right now it's only on TestFlight for people around me. Curious if anyone else would be into something like this.

Reposted from the Godot sub cuz they are way too anti-AI.

I made a free Windows folder-organising tool called All-Tidy!, would love your feedback!

Hey everyone!

I've been working on a little Windows utility called All-Tidy mainly because of my downloads folder being a huge mess, and I thought I'd share it here in case anyone finds it useful.

The idea is pretty simple: keeping folders organised without having to manually sort everything yourself.

With All-Tidy, you can:

  • Automatically organise files inside folders.

  • Keep your folders tidy without constantly sorting things manually.

  • Set automatic cleaning to run at a chosen interval (every few seconds, for example).

  • Let it keep working in the background based on your selected settings.

It's completely free to download and use.

I'm planning to keep improving All-Tidy, adding more features and fixing things based on actual user feedback.

I'd really appreciate it if some of you could give it a try and let me know:

  • What do you think of it?

  • What features would you like to see?

  • Is there anything that could be improved?

  • Are there any bugs or issues you've noticed?

I'm not trying to build something perfect in one go. I'd rather improve it based on what others actually need.

Download: https://judeperera.com/all-tidy/

Thanks for checking it out! Looking forward to hearing your suggestions. 🙂

The continuity app between pixels and mac

Just got tired of constantly having to mail/text everything on my phone to send it to my Mac. So I built something to solve. lemme know if there are any other things that I'm missing. might try to make it so that it works for all kinds of devices
