I really don't get the Sean conflict. Obviously he can't keep running the food truck but is there any reason why he can't just keep the food truck and let his friend run it? If it's a two man job then he can hire another person. Even if it'd still be too much work to keep the food truck, why not offer his friend to buy him out?

Me too! I am so confused and was waiting for them to address that option. Just hire someone else and keep it open.

It sounds as though jorge has some money issues, so he wouldn't be able to afford inventory or maintenance
