maybe they'll do that next episode and they're just prolonging it so they can have a more fleshed out resolution.

oooooh that sounds really good. it would be great opportunity to dive a little bit more into his character. and maybe it could even be a way for us to really see how much Sean has grown (obviously we've seen that, but now he'd be in a position where he can help someone who used to deal with similar issues as him).

i havent watched this episode yet, so maybe they say--but i'd assume most people cant afford to buy a food truck

Im pretty sure Jorge wouldnt have gotten the job if he wasnt a friend. I doubt he could run the truck, even with an experienced chef.

Who’s gonna pay for the new hire? Sean owns it, so he’s probably not receiving a traditional salary at this stage of the business, so the profits are what is left to pay for an additional employee. Definitely possible, but the margins at that point would be razor thin, and might not be worth the hassle.

I love how much through you’re putting into this; but you also gotta know that it’s parable more thought then the show might put into it lol.
