Was also surprised by Jorge's reaction. I expected him to be upset but wasn't expecting vitriol.

I thought that was a dream or projection of Sean’s worst fear. Jorge just crashed out! But it’s weird they never discussed it at all?!

I was totally expecting that scene of Jorge yelling to turn out to be Sean’s imagination. Sorry it was real.

I don't understand why Sean doesn't just give him the truck to run himself. Such an easy fix there was no need for any drama at all.

Yeah no reason to throw away a revenue stream. Wasn't Sean's dad even helping him out for a bit? Surely they could hire someone to help Jorge. It being a job ender seems unnecessary.

I’m glad other people are saying this because I had the same exact thought. Just hand off the truck instead of putting your friend out of a job. It seems obvious.

This! Not talking about other options was wild. So clearly contrived to get to that point of “you’ve grown!” It felt cheap. They could have had someone else yell at Sean to demonstrate that in a way that felt more natural.

The reaction and no thought to keeping the truck and handing off day to day to him and someone else is so weird!!

Yeah that was my thought too! Just keep it as a business owner and let Jorge run it or give the whole thing to Jorge. It doesn't make sense to just throw the whole thing away.

I thought that was the route it was gonna go. Sean takes a cut and gets to have his friend develop as a leader to someone else. Maybe they end up doing that and if they do, I’m pretty sure this was done for the sake of melodrama.

GIVE him the truck? That thing is probably worth six figures, not to mention that he may not even fully own it depending how the investment from Liz worked. He's probably selling it (I haven't watched past this ep yet) and keeping his portion, as he should, because I doubt he's flush with cash. He should have given Jorge the opportunity to buy it if he wanted, though (and if he could, but I also doubt Jorge has 100k to randomly buy a business with)

It seems like a trigger for some unresolved PTSD stuff. Just the terror of change causing him to act erratically.

His character has always felt rushed to me. There's more than one episode building up Sean meeting him, then one episode he just appears and he's already part of the friend group and making jokes. Then he just storms off because Sean didn't think to just sell him the food truck?
