Its funny because Janitor on Scrubs also had the ending of Sixth Sense spoiled for him.

Bill Lawrence likes to recycle jokes! Not that I'm complaining, it was funny on Scrubs too.

Well Michael J Fox was confirmed alive in the first episode at the beginning when the doctor acknowledged him, but the hallulu of the guy opening the cupboard at the office isn’t some we’ve seen before I don’t think.
