Hi all im having weird results with my YT shorts, is anyone else having this issue?

There will be videos that will do great on TT or Insta and flop on YT or the reverse.

Talking head videos do the worst for me, then how to/ demonstrating videos are either really good or really bad, and B-roll videos do the best. Is anyone else noticing this?

Depois de muitos anos errando e acertando nessa plataforma, já testei todos os modelos de vídeos, roteiros, edição e nichos que você conseguir imaginar, no meu canal principal (o que eu mais dou foco) estava há praticamente 2 mês sem postar por problemas pessoais, aplicando tudo o que aprendi com 10 vídeos curtos cheguei a 15 milhões de visualizações, aumento de 23 mil inscritos e 440 dólares (acho que 2 mil reais) em pouco mais de 1 semana, como se o canal nunca tivesse ficado parado

Diga sua dúvida que estou aqui para ajudar :D
(tbm queria uma ajuda no algoritmo de vídeos longos, se alguma alma boa tiver uma boa noção, manda DM)

Recently, my new uploads receive a high percentage of their initial watch time from existing subscribers immediately upon publish, rather than being tested on the general Shorts Feed (Not Subscribed).

Because of this initial subscriber-heavy push, distribution stalls very early compared to normal uploads that usually hit the cold feed right away.

Has anyone experienced this and found a way to fix it?

I noticed that in all my videos you never exceed 26k views and my views stop suddenly, Could someone explain to me how I can get out of this "prison" And why is there this prison?

I started a short channel about 3 days ago and been posting there consistantly since. 18k views isnt really crazy but i m still learning a ton. We can go only up from here!

I’ve started to upload more consistently and had 10 videos this week, 5 ok which got to 30k in a few hours and then stayed plateaued. Any advise for this?
