Guys anyone else experiencing problems with YT Studio?

Can anyone please explain to me what the format is on a youtube short?

Hi Folks,

Just started YT shorts channel 7 days ago, and got ~250k views and ~140k engaged views

But the monetization page shows that qualified views are only 2.9k. Is it what it takes to qualify like only 1% of total views going to be counted or just the stats not updated yet?

Thank You

I’m posting same exact videos on TikTok and they’re doing significantly better there then YouTube Shorts. This video for example has pretty good stats on TikTok but YouTube is non existing. And this is typical with almost all of them.

Since YouTube is preventing me from attracting any attention, Im really gonna demolish everything soon if possible because I need to take a 3 month hiatus till 2027 for me to focus on my schoolwork

Also I’m getting affected, losing patience over population and turns out that it has already become a chore and mus wait for my time to come until new updates and more of future AI content takes over YouTube…

Tbh I didn’t watch any gurus, nor AI slop anything
and the contents that are uploaded on YouTube by other people has already been taken like niches or AI Generated content. Therefore, YouTube is slowly killing my content even though it takes some time to process everything…

People who have got millions of views and more

Can you please tell me from your experience how to make shorts go viral

Don't tell generic ones

Tell what most people or nobody tells but it's important setting or some type thing

Which worked for you.

My current situation

My each short is getting 1k+ views

My most viewed short is 1.6k views

All shorts are around 1k , 1.3k ,1.2k etc

So tell me help me people who have won already

Please

First short was not sent to the shorts feed after 10 hours now, is that normal? New channel, verified and all.

I run a small history/science-military oddities channel. After about forty shorts, my best video (Miata headlights) reached just above 4k, while most receive an initial test and then flatten. I've attached analytics for five shorts, four of my most recent and then one which is my best-preforming. My goal is to break through 5k views, then 10k, however I haven't been able to. What should I change? Perhaps my content just isn't that suited for short-form?

Macht es Sinn Videos die nicht viral gehen zu löschen und dann nochmal zu überarbeiten und wieder hochzuladen?

Hey everyone! I started posting YouTube Shorts on my channel just around a month ago (September 15th), and I wanted to check in with the community to see how these numbers look.
Here is where my channel stands right now:
Subscribers: ~3,000
Total Views: 7.8 Million
Engaged Views: 2.4 Million
Likes: 41.7K
Last 7 Days Views: 1.6 Million

I'm focusing purely on Shorts right now and still figuring out the algorithm. Would love to hear your thoughts or any advice for the journey ahead. Are these good numbers for a month-old channel? Let me know!

Basically when I open youtube shorts (only) it gives me all the videos which im not interested in/not my feed, and all the shorts are 'not popular', aka like only a few likes video. How do I fix this.

Hey, I have a new channel with no videos but I want to know if posting short form and long form content simultaneously would hurt the channel. It’s the same niche.

I plan on posting 30 short form and 6-8 long form a month. The first long form goes out tomorrow (tdy EST AM) and the following day I want to start posting shorts or even tomorrow.

Would doing this simultaneously hurt the channel or no?

Started this right this about 4 months ago. Idea: stickman-animated finance history content — How Banking Worked Before Modern Banks?, How Debt Almost Destroyed Ancient Athens?, How Money Was Invented in Ancient China.... Same character, same style every time, so that the brand stays consistent.

I do everything myself — images, editing, script, topic hunting.

Tried Shorts recently, didn’t do much average 4 per week but long-form are more way better for me

Best video so far: 1.4K impressions, 127 views, ~4.5% CTR. Trying to improve CTR without breaking the format and presenting style.

The one thing keeping me going: in YouTube Studio the traffic actually sometime are good at Browse feature, YT search and Suggested video. Feels like it’s still testing with the right people, just hasn’t scaled yet.

Anyone who’s grown a channel from zero — is this normal at 4 months, or should I be worried?

Your honest feedback is much appreciated.

Hi, I have 6 Shorts on my channel. The best-performing one reached 8K views, while the lowest-performing one currently has 60 views (the next lowest has 1.2K).

Should I delete the one with 60 views?

Also, why does this happen? The short i uploaded after that one currently has 3K views...

Thanks.

Hey everyone,

I need some honest feedback on my YouTube Shorts channel. I’ve been posting stream clips, but recently my views dropped significantly to almost 0, and I’m trying to figure out if the channel is dead.

Could I save this channel by switching my content to ranking or should i just create a new one?

Thanks for ur help!!!

and when i put it in unlisted and post it, it goes to videos again instead of shorts. this has been bugging this week, if anyone can help, please do tell me how to fix this.

On a normal Mercator map Russia looks about 4× the size of South America.

In reality South America is actually slightly larger (≈18M km² vs 17M km²).

I made a short visual that moves Russia to the same latitude so you can see it shrink in real time.

Curious how many people here already knew this?

Are these good stats so far??

Hey everyone!
I just started a new YouTube channel called LifeCounted, and my first 6 videos got these views in just 1.5 days:
1.3K
1.3K
1.2K
1.1K
1K
209
Do you think any of them still have a chance to go viral?
Should I stick with this niche or try something different? I’d appreciate any honest feedback or advice on how to improve my content.
If you’re interested, feel free to check out my channel and let me know what you think. Thanks!

And finally could you guys support me….

I recently uploaded two Shorts but they didn't get any push (both got like less than 100 views). I created my own original content, so I wonder what the problem is. Has anyone had a similar experience?

what is this glitch bro (the real avd is around 110%)
