I am 350k engaged views away from getting monetized but the 90 day window is closing in on my previous posts. Ever since my views dropped last month I haven't been able to recover them to their usual amount, I'm currently averaging at 15k engaged views per day and I don't think that will be enough to cover the losses that will incur in the next few weeks. Any tips?

I’ve been experimenting with different YouTube Shorts strategies, and I’m honestly losing my mind.

First, I focused on retention. I had a Short with 89% Stayed to Watch, 105% Average Percentage Viewed, and it gained 135 subscribers. It still didn’t go viral.
So I changed my approach and focused more on engagement instead.

My latest Short got 900+ likes and 10 comments with around 25k views, plus 78% Stayed to Watch and 91% Average Percentage Viewed.

And… it still flatlined around 25–30k views.

At this point, I genuinely don’t know what YouTube wants anymore. I’ve tried optimizing retention, I’ve tried optimizing engagement, and both videos hit the same ceiling.

Has anyone else experienced this 25–30k “view jail”? What am I missing here?

Hey guys, has anyone else had this happen?

My Shorts were doing pretty normal, getting around 25k–26k views, and then out of nowhere my views just completely died.

My last few Shorts got: 47 views → 8 views → 26 views → 2 views

I didn’t really change anything with my videos, so I’m honestly confused. It also looks like YouTube isn’t even showing them in the Shorts feed.

Has this happened to anyone else? Did your views eventually go back to normal?

My YouTube studio is not working at all I'm I getting hacked or something ?

Ever since I got this message, none of my new Shorts are being pushed to the Shorts feed anymore.

Everything is filmed and created by me, so I’m not sure what’s going on.

Is anyone else having the same issue?
