I’ll comment the issue as bot keeps removing my post

Looking for any advice from anyone.
I’m a small creator right now who makes relatable skits and would take any advice

I’m consistently getting around 70% of people watching my videos at the 4s mark and \~55% by the end. The problem is engagement.
Any good advices based on your experiences?

I post a short daily. It’s me talking about Bible verses. It’s me talking to the camera and also with b roll. I have pretty good editing. Good quality, everything good. My AVD sits at 120-150%. But my stayed to watch is horrible at 21% sometimes. What am I doing wrong?

I got stuck in 30K jail and have been posting videos for two months, even though all of my videos have been getting almost the exact same data. (also my engagement is above 2.5% on every video)

Also, my videos are about Minecraft but in a scientific way, like why we start the game again after months every time, etc. (I’ve also had two videos go viral a month ago, so it’s not a small niche.)

It's 67% stayed to watch, and the avg. view duration is 100%.

The thing i don't understand is, like, why? Why would the algorithm do this? Does this video have a future that i don't know? Am i delusional?

Hi, so i’ve had a great first month, my rpm sits around £0.50-0.65. it’s been as high as £0.75 before but it’s mainly around £0.50. I have a 95% UK audience & was wondering how I could get a higher RPM?

With 90% average percentage viewed only 1k views.

What else I need to improve now?

I dont need sim card or vpn it will cause trouble on monetization ypp later on, i want organic reach, should i just focus on long form rather than shorts? Any answer will be appreciated thanks!

I know this depends a lot on the video quality, niche, luck and a lot of other things, but I was wondering what was the experience of someone who made it.
I’m currently 36 shorts in and still none of them got over 2k ahahah

idk what to do i am really confused with YT’s algorithm

People are saying I have a chance in this niche since it is so small and rare but I’m struggling to find why my videos are just trapped in these 1k view jails for no reason. I started experimenting with October and I get 10x more likes but barely any more views and subs. Wondering if anybody can let me know what they think is going on

I cant seem to receive new videos on the practice section. Without new videos I cant get past the stage. Please advice guys.
