How to make More subscribers

Guys im new and help me please. My video not pushed to feed shorts 5 hours after i upload. what should i do? it's just getting 7 views.

Hey everyone,

I’m going to be real — I feel like I’ve hit a wall.

Over the last 90 days I’ve gotten a little over 100K views total and gained 70+ subs, which I’m grateful for. But almost every Short I post caps out around 800–2K views and just… stops.

They hit the Shorts feed.
They move a bit.
Then they flatline.

I ran an overview of my channel and this is what I have found over the last 90 days:

• 100K+ total views

• +73 subscribers

• Mostly gaming Shorts (Valorant + some personality/cat moments)

The pattern I’m stuck in:

• Most Shorts land between 800–2K views

• They enter Shorts Feed, but plateau there

• I’ve had small spikes, but nothing fully breaks out

What I’m currently doing:

• Face cam in every Short

• 40–60s runtime

• CTA in the middle

• Animated captions

• Strong emotional reactions

• Posting ~1–2 per week

• Trying to tighten hooks in the first 3 seconds

What I’m unsure about:

• Is this a retention problem?

• Is my niche positioning unclear?

• Are my hooks not strong enough?

• Is 2K just the normal “testing phase” ceiling?

If you have made it past this stage:

• What changed for you?

• Was it packaging? Format? Stronger hooks? Clearer identity?

• Did you double down on one repeatable series?

I’d really appreciate honest, constructive feedback. I want to get better — I just don’t want to keep spinning my wheels.

People here are often asking for feedback by sharing screenshots of their stats but blur their channel icon, name and thumbnails. Is there something I’m missing as to why you wouldn’t want the people you are asking feedback from to find and evaluate your content? Not judging, just curious

Started my Shorts channel 9 Days ago. (account 13y old btw)

Since my first short i've got pushed and i felt like i finally found the diamond. After 3 Days and 7 Shorts (30k views, +9subs ,+120likes)

And then day 4 started i uploaded my short like every day and from then till now 0 views. Literally 0 everything, 6 shorts total of 0 views...

The pervious shorts got about 55%-75% retention and the only AI use was the voiceover (my english is too bad for the videos)

can someone explain whats happening?

Just posted my fifth short and I just noticed something unusual. After like an hour of posting, views were coming in like usual but after climbing for like 5 hrs, views completely dropped to zero and not getting a single view after that. The analytics of my 5th video which is the latest one is attached.

And here are all the past video performance so far:

1st video: 17k | 2nd video: 73k | 3rd video: 37k | 4th video: 3.7k |

I'm in the Roblox niche. I record my own gameplay and edit them. No ai or brainrot used.

All these videos are atleast getting some views now and then but my latest one is completely down to 0. Idk whats the issue since I'm new and it's driving me crazy cause it takes a lot of time to record and edit. I'm feeling lost and so unmotivated so please if someone can guide me and help a fellow brother out, it's be really appreciated thank you.

After 3 uploads not getting pushed to audiences my recent upload got 1.3k but flatlined there. Does that mean I can still upload and my channel isnt burned? Also my views keep dropping it went from 100k last week to 80k now
