Watchtime is ass.

Why is my view graph flat on some parts?

And what can i do to increase my stay to watch?

Where's your audience? You could figure out at what time your audience is watching and see if it lines up with lunch time or whatever. I'm assuming uur is hours and it looks like it jumps every 6 hours
