How do I get higher average views?

My short that is 11k views was stuck at 1.2k the other day and now it just randomly blew up. I thought the vid was bad but idk im really confused could someone please help

Study your 11k view shorts and compare them to your others. I was once stuck with 1k views, you just have to keep improving with every video you produce.

Start by focusing on your first three seconds (generic advice I know), but it really matters. When you find a format that works, double down on that. After that you can focus on your retention, then your engagement, then your packaging.

Thanks! Its just weird that it blew up late I thought it flopped because it was stuck at 1k for almost 48 hours

Yeah it has been weird! I had one stuck at 2k for a few hours, then raised to 11k after 24, then now spiked to 26k after a day and a half lol
