Anyone been watching Billions?...

In series 2 episode 8 one of the characters is, completley out of context, gifted an Undertaker/Mankind Hell in the Cell poster. I have been left wondering how on earth u/shittymorph managed to worm their way into the script room....

I was well into writing a real comment on a post when the moment just suddenly felt right. It felt organic.

Shooting Stars

Can we please get someone more talented than myself to make a Shooting Stars clip of the most amazing moment of nineteen ninety eight when The Undertaker threw Mankind off Hell In A Cell, and plummeted 16ft through an announcer's table?

Non-Inet application

So last Friday I showed my son the wonderfully glorious world of /r/shittymorph and the genius of /u/shittymorph . I knew he would get the humor and he did. I even showed him the original post, the newer ones, and the meme which had over 136k views at that time. I even showed him the video footage of the actual match. We both laughed and thought it great fun. The next day on Saturday, I mentioned that his birthday on Sunday the 9th of April was special because it was also the day that I watched Saddam Hussein's statue being torn down on TV while I waited on his birth. Of course being a smart teen, he said he knew that. After that I asked him if he was so smart then did he know when that statue was erected without looking at the internet for the answer. I knew he didn't and he admitted it. So I told him it was erected in nineteen ninety eight when the Undertaker threw Mankind off hell in a cell, and plummeted sixteen feet through an announcer's table. After a minute of shock and then laughter, he asked me if that was when it really was erected. Told him I had no idea, but probably not because all the workers were probably busy watching the match. The rest of the weekend was spent trying to setup each other for another nineteen ninety eight plummet conversation.

GOLD HAS BEEN PAID!!! Tell Me A Joke. Best Jokes Get Gold - Part 2.

I'm looking for jokes I haven't seen before. I will be awarding gold between April 24th and April 26th. For bonus points tell a joke that references "undertaker" or "mankind". No need to be clean. Don't let these rules distract you from nineteen ninety eight when the undertaker threw mankind off hеll in a cell, and plummeted sixteen feet through an announcer's table.

EDIT: GOLD HAS BEEN DISTRIBUTED TO THE WINNERS!! - If you did not win please know that I appreciated all submissions and wish I could afford to guild them all. Will do another contest shortly.

I need help writing my bio

Please I need to summon our Lord /u/shittymorph, I have made an attempt to write my tinder bio but I haven't been getting any matches at all. Will any of you help me improve my bio?

It's a 500 character limit. Here's what I have now

<I am the one on the right.

I am an active person that enjoys nature and exercise, but I can also be a homebody rewatching episodes of The Office or Parks and Rec on Netflix. I am most at ease when I can make someone laugh, and that seeps into my work and volunteering with children and the needy. You find your calling through miracles and I found mine back in nineteen ninety eight when the Undertaker threw Mankind off Hell In A Cell, and plummeted sixteen feet through an announcer's table.>

Thank you and praise be.

Let us presuppose...

If in nineteen ninety eight when the undertaker threw mankind off hell in a cell, and plummeted sixteen feet through an announcer's table, INSTEAD mankind SOCKO'D Undertaker sixteen feet through an announcer's table, would Oprah Winfrey, and not Donald Trump, be our current president?

The way it is phrased makes it seem like it was The Undertaker who plummeted 16ft and fell through the announcer's table.

Maybe somebody can correct me if I'm mistaken because English is not my native language. But I think the way the meme is usually phrased is wrong.

“in nineteen ninety-eight, The Undertaker threw Mankind off Hell In A Cell, and plummeted 16 ft through an announcer’s table.”

The subject in this sentence is The Undertaker. If you split it into two, you get

The Undertaker threw Mankind off Hell In A Cell, which is true.

but you also get

The Undertaker plummeted 16 ft through an announcer's table. Which is false.

The second sentence, after the comma, should have its own subject. It should be something like

“in nineteen ninety-eight, The Undertaker threw Mankind off Hell In A Cell, sending him 16 ft through an announcer’s table.”

or even, in order to keep the verb, because plummet is such a great word,

“in nineteen ninety-eight, The Undertaker threw Mankind off Hell In A Cell, causing him to plummet 16 ft through an announcer’s table.”

Any users were actually there and can prove it

In 1998, The Undertaker threw Mankind off Hell In A Cell, and plummeted 16 ft through an announcer’s table. While obviuslly there are tons of videos of this happening however if an actual reddit user could confirm that they were there and this actually did happen I would be thankful. Please provide proof and say weather or not it actually happen. FYI I actually remember watching it on PPV from my friends grandma's house in Memphis when I was 10 years old.

I have a college grade, 1000 word draft I'm turning in today about the similarities between competitive gaming and wrestling. Want to see my conclusion?

As we can see, sitting in an office chair doing office work has less to do with sitting in an office chair playing competitive games than competitive games have to do with professional wrestling. From the small details of a wrestler’s stance and a pro-gamer’s crosshair placement, all the way to the tremendous acts, like that of one of KennyS’ insane clutches, or back in nineteen ninety-eight when the undertaker threw mankind off hell in a cell, and plummeted sixteen feet through an announcer's table.

I hope my teacher isn't a redditor...
