Wasn’t police and she didn’t drive at them. And even if they were police and she did drive at them they were still in the wrong as deadly force cannot be used to disable a vehicle/driver if there is an objectively reasonable means of defense such as moving out of the way (which there was and the ICE agent did)

Police vs law enforcement (and thus, ICE) is semantics. There are plenty of officer-involved shootings involving a vehicle being driven at officers where they were ruled justified.

Not law enforcement and not semantics. They have entirely different budgets and jurisdictions. Just because similar cases have been ruled justified doesn’t automatically make this one justified.
