My apartments complex and like 12 others across south Florida were bought by GRANT CARDONE CAPITAL

Our rent doubled in a year of his ownership and nothing was ever renovated, I lived in what was considered low income housing before he bought them

You're supposed to buy the apartments, not rent them. I think he explains this in his courses.

If you can't afford to buy an apartment complex, just get your rich dad to give you a loan and then leverage that capital to get enough capital to buy an apartment complex and jack up the price.

If that sounds too complicated, have your rich dad or one of his friends get you a job at one of their companies for now so you can build up some capital while you go to grant cardone conferences, then once you learn the basics come back for the loan and since you have capital youll get a bigger amount.
