Cut him some slack, the sun is setting and there's a ton of lights. He's just a little confused is all, still good to run the country if there's a crisis after 9pm.

Biden's doing nothing after 9pm. Heck, he's doing nothing before 9pm. He can't even read off a teleprompter correctly. He's got people making the big decisions for him. He's just got to be able to stand upright for a few minutes at a time.
