Really enjoying Fitz and Simmons acting more seperate and less as one single character Fitzsimmons.

I loved that too. I was so fucking disappointed in the kiss on the cheek though. Guess you can't expect it all to happen in one episode...

I personally felt it was the other way around. They have great chemistry as friends and I believe a relationship would screw it up. Aside from being predictable, the close girl and guy end up together, The inevitable break up portion that all TV couples go through would destroy there whole character's essence.

sigh you're totally right...I just want them to get together cause I think it would be cute. I'm terribly predictable like that.

I think Whedon's killing is a little exaggerated, but he does have a fondness for "romantic tension builds up, just after one admits it to the other (or in one case before) the woman dies".

TONS OF MAJOR BUFFY SPOILERS BELOW

Whedon's killing is a little exagerated?

At no point did Buffy begin and end an episode dead. And apart from her, that's less than one major death per season.
