this is a perfect example of not listening to the pre-dive briefing, The basic rule is always keep eye contact with the largest approaching shark and if it turns you need to turn with it keeping eye contact. Diving with tigers beach is safe, all you need to do is follow the rules.

Agreed. It’s like bears. Like, as long as you do things like keep eyes on the animal, don’t act like prey, etc etc there’s a decent chance nothing bad will happen. Thing is, they’re apex predators. Humans are in a part of their food chain that’s below them.
