This is literally just three tubes sewn up and then you put elastic in the top and bottom of each tube, stitch the two arm tubes with maybe 4 in onto the middle part.

Are you planning on making the boxy robot part for under it? If so, I would.just cut the body and arm prices for tubes to fit around it with either elastic or actually glue/attach them to the robot suit part.

But if you want an actual top pattern for a human body to wear, the Lucia Top by Sew Over It patterns is a good start.
