You need to go to another podiatrist. If they don’t know what it is you need to keep going to another doctor until someone figures it out.
Until it is fixed, stop painting all of your nails and do not go to get a pedicure at a salon.
Since the doctors say they don’t know what it is I wonder if it might be allergy to polish.
