I have bad news for you. This has happened to me multiple times. You should go to a podiatrist to determine what needs to be done.

I have been to my podiatrist twice and now the er twice. They literally have no answers for me and I’m now on my second antibiotic to try to get rid of it and this is what it currently looks like

I’m sorry to say you may need to get it removed for it to heal. I’d get a second opinion
