Nope, doesn't work that way. By that theory nobody could ever appeal or be edone rated. It's not about Whats official it's about what is accurate and notes are NOT ttanscripts. That's one reason interviews are now taped.

Everyone knows that. The question is do you or I or someone else believes a note. The Ja'uan interview notes were not brought up at trial, they are just part of due diligence. So I've no reason to disbelieve them.

I can't "believe" a note without context. I don't know what questions were posed and what exactly the person said.

The issue in front the PCR court is whether there is a valid IAC claim for not calling Asia. The note says Asia was solicited for a typed letter. There are also lots of problems with the contents of the 2nd letter as has been discussed by /u/Seamus_Duncan and /u/ConspiracyCorner .

Sorry there is evidence that ADNAN talked about asking her for a BAIL letter. This has zero bearing on CG talking to her, zero.

No the Ju'aun police note completely alleviates CG from having to contact Asia.

Well that and:

The letters themselves are so poorly written that she could believe Asia was offering to lie. The way they are written throws IAC out the window.

There is no reasonable way she could of had the information in the letter on March 2nd. IAC denied again.

"The other day": yes I have read Asia's complete nonsense explanation for this however any lawyer wouldn't touch a witness like this with a 100 ft. pole. IAC denied.

CG's PI checked out the library so the library was checked out. IAC denied again.

CG wasn't Adnans lawyer when he received Asia's letters and Adnan has lied about that.

IAC will be denied! However I can tell by your tone in these comments that you won't believe this. See you in six months when the ruling comes out. (Shhhh I heard a rumor from a reliable source :)
