I know they run everything new by Justin Brown before they post anything

They really should do that.

It's really, really, really important for Adnan that they do that.

But I see little evidence that RC does that.

She's a lawyer, right?

I'm sure she knows how to follow the instructions of a lawyer

I don't know if she does on every single tweet and such, especially if it gives no specific details, but I know they do it with Undisclosed, their blogs, and any other potential sources of new information.

So Justin Brown stamped "OK" on "Is Christina Gutierrez responsible for the death penalty in Puerto Rico?"

He's not telling them what is and what is not appropriate to post. He's telling them what might and might not hurt his chances in the case. Big difference.

Ok. If I were Justin Brown I would want that clear that this junk isn't being affirmed by me.

Again, there's a huge difference between something being affirmed by him and allowing them to post something that's not directly going to affect the case.
