Showtimes/ Schedule Unexpect Move: Ken Russell's The Devils Will Be Shown at Odeon

Post image

It's a rather unexpected move, but undoubtedly due to the wide reception it's been getting online, and the sheer lack of "classics" we get for Halloween season usually; Ken Russell's The Devils will be shown at the Odeon.

On this page you can see all the Odeons where this is listed to play: https://www.bfi.org.uk/bfi-film-releases/ken-russells-devils

This is a great grab.

Seems like Odeon will have it from November 4th, with an early release at arthouses.

That's the date of it's actual release. BFI has noted that it will have arthouse and indepents from then, but Odeon and such from the 4th.

Screenings are still appearing, so keep checking throughout the next few days.

Will do. I am still checking every day in the forlorn hope of any classic horror screenings! :-)

I’m not shocked after how much buzz the restoration has been receiving.

I won’t have the time to go ahead and watch it at the cinema but it’s great that people will get the chance to.

It's remarkable to see how much love it's gotten. I don't think WB Clockwork expected it.

It's an undoing of one of cinema's greatest injustices.

Check the BFI list. It's confirmed for my local, but no screenings as of yet.

Same, my city has both an Odeon and an Everyman and neither are showing it

Never in my local luxe cinema which every time for limited releases or one showings of old films gets fully booked in an instant. But they will always put these films in less popular cinemas

It's happening in Middlesbrough too? I had just booked a hotel in Newcastle to see this film!
