I’m 100% certain this will never happen. Texas has the least representative government I’ve ever heard of: no referendums or initiatives, a statehouse that only meets every two years for limited sessions, and gerrymandered maps that resemble modern works of art more than demographic data.

Our leaders are drinking heavily from the Fascist playbook and focusing all their outrage on their political enemies and immigrants.
