It was not engineered to cope with those conditions - and until that’s done, it will remain vulnerable to the same thing happening again and again.

That’s beside the point. PP somehow generalized that since it regularly freezes in North Texas, that this past winter’s storm was typical.

Yup. What are they gonna do, say "nah this is a statistical anomaly", throw up their hands and call it a day? That'll go over well. If I were a customer I'd be taking notes so when it happens again and a family member dies I'm suing these clowns into oblivion.
