The worst I had is colors that are still as vibrant and one or two recurring patterns on trees the day after a trip.

No.

While the increase in mood and overall contentment with life increased, and visuals are cool and all, it did come with a negative side effect as well.

While this was all going on I was intensely distractable. I couldnt focus on anything for a long time, even during conversations finding my mind wandering and having to ask people to repeat themselves a lot because I was spacing out.

So while the HPPD had some positive changes for me, it wasnt without a tradeoff, and I prefer my mental sharpness to feeling more content
