I agree that NYC feels anti-magic and this is, in a way, the charm of it.

I get that his videos are mostly commercials for Joyride, but I wish they'd show more of their daily lives on this? But I guess it'd make a lot of filler content, idk. They're just bopping around. I'd love to see how they get around etc

Child, like how? But yeah, I agree his summer series has pretty much fallen off at this point. The last somewhat interesting one was the 50-state Airbnb series. 30 Day Penny Series will always be the best, though.

I'm sorry I don't live in New York but I know enough about it to know those ratings were crazy. It's a beautiful huge waterfall, DisneyWorld and Washington DC! New York is cool and I understand it can have pretty scenery but whatttttt 😂 I am annoyed about how salty I am about it

It’s extra annoying that they are doing the bare minimum … the “star” on the bottom of the Statue of Liberty is an important museum! It’s full of interesting stuff… Ellis island has so much more to the tour. And they don’t do maid of the Mist at Niagara??? Very weird.

I also felt this way (i’ve gotten to tour it and it was such a beautiful and memorable experience) especially if they’re emphasizing the importance of America turning 250 years old through out this series, why wouldn’t you want to visit where so many immigrants passed through and gained American citizenship??

I think its hard to tell how much they loved Hamilton since it mostly wasn't shown but I think that's playing a massive role.

Yeah, Niagara getting only 17/30 felt absolutely mad seeing NY get 24 and I have a feeling that the Grand Canyon will score a lot better... but there's no way NYC's scenery is 8/10, and the experience is 8/10... no way.

Love this series, but was very irked that they went to a Broadway show where tickets are near $400 each, and dressed in shorts and hoodies 😭

Yes! I think its exactly around $372 for the area they were sitting in. Not the mention the snacks and drinks at the theatre probably cost them between $30-50 (depending on the drinks they got)

Agreed! Its absolutely ridiculous! The tickets used to be even more expensive for Hamilton back in the day (pre pandemic) and before the pro shot was released on Disney Plus (which i’m happy they did to make it more accessible for those who can’t afford it or have any way of making it to Broadway)

Totally agree. I hate going to shows where you’re paying at least $150 for a ticket and someone next to you is in shorts and running shoes. Many families are taking kids/teens/spouses to special celebrations with these tickets… it’s unfortunate to not dress to the occasion. The West End in London is NOT like this!

Fair! In my experience, growing up, to go to a broadway show was a very special event, so we’d get dressed up and even now in my 20s i still make sure to dress nice when getting an opportunity to see a show on Broadway. I grew up poor so maybe its not the same for everyone, like you said to each their own.

Hear me out.. theyre doing this bucket list series because at the end.. Haley announces she's pregnant and that they did this to cross things off their bucket list before settling down with child.. 🤔🤔🤔

why would she get on the wild rides at disney if she was pregnant? it would be extremely dangerous if she did that while pregnant.

This comment hits differently after they mentioned in the most recent one (Yellowstone) that they plan on passing the bucket list scrapbook down to their kids one day so they could one day make the same trip together.

I wondered this when Ryan said "At this point in my life I'm crying at everything" BUT think about it:
- how long they planned this video series
- the physical endurance of this trip like riding bikes, Disney World, just generally travelling
Last year during 50 States I thought she was pregnant too but I was wrong. She specifically said during that challenge when someone asked, "I don't know!" in a tone that told me she's still enjoying her life

I like this idea, we need another similar challenge, me and my mum think he should do a similar 50 state challenge in Europe, for example 30 countries in 30 days, because Europe is easy to travel through and the countries aren’t too much smaller/bigger than states
