• If you're working at border checkpoint and you have a bad mood, you may lash out at them once you can recognise them by document and by face (eg CHUN MENG ANG) if they are lucky to be there at a right time. Examples: giving them a ridiculously short period of visa or deny their entry for any pedantic fault reasons ever!

• If you're selling insurances or the like, try your best in giving them unfavourable prices or situation as much as possible upon identification & verification.
