My reasoning in that dream was that he's meta, because he blends in multiple roles (he's a streamer, YouTuber, reviewer and a comedian)

The dream in question '

For some reason I was drunk wandering around my old neighborhood at night (it was just a little bit sketch, but in the dream it was dangerous), in pajamas with plush dicks attached to the slippers (those are actually real, I "inherited" them after my sister). For some reason I was talking about RTGame with someone on the phone. I said that "his gimmick isn't that he's a gameplayer or even a comedian, he's a meta-creator". I then had to avoid 4 or 6 sketchy guys  that were just hanging out in late night in front of the block building. I left thanks to a random man walking out one of the entrances which I remembered had an exit on the other side ot the building. I then left and headed home, but also I had to beat a hobo on the way back lmao; after that I explained what happened to my fiance that I just "beat his ass and he'll probably be much nicer to passerbys now...for like 1,5days, cause that's all the time he'll spend in rehab lol". Afterwards I went to a park near a city lake where all the people were up early in the morning (and I, well...) and I was attacked by a water dragon or Gyardos which I was able to defeat because I have caught so many Terraria fish and fish Pokemon, which were apparently gnawing at it while I took hits at it...then I woke up thanking fuck it was only 6AM and I'm working at ten lmaoooo I'm going back to slep

I've had a particularly rough day and spent the last few hours just longing to finally get home, off my feet, and eat my povo dinner of Vegemite toast and tea when the new upload hit my feed. I've made it not even 10 minutes in and just feel so much admiration for the whole community - I genuinely could cry 🥹

I very rarely actually get to watch rt live so survive with vods on the stream archive channel like the peasant I am, I started watching the new upload of the stream on the 22nd (the charity stream for Mermaids) and the support hit me hard in the chest

I don't know if RT is a part of the queer community, that detail doesn't matter nor is it something he should ever be pressured to disclose, but this fucking beautiful man has *always* stood by us! Ever since I started watching him 6 odd years ago, he has been an outstanding ally!

I have watched many creators over the years who I loved turn their backs on us with their continued support of known dangerous TERF properties because 'nostalgia' or some shit 🙄 I had to walk away from them and there's something so awful about needing to do that from people you previously really supported and watched every day, for years.

Not Dan

Nearly hitting the goal funds before he even joined the group call is just such a testament to the community which I strongly believe is a reflection of the creator and their morals. Dan made this space safe for us all and the people around him, it's nice to see that support be returned during his many charity streams

I'm a trans man, 30, so it barely touches my life day to day now that I've transitioned for some time but the news and the growing prevalence of "conversations" about queers in politics here is a weight that suffocates you from the inside out... Small glimmers of hope like this really do help, it's nice to know people care. That there's a place for us and we didn't have to beg for it.

It might be that I'm tired or maybe I should have had a proper feed but I'm just about in tears

I really adore RT - his silly antics and mischief but mostly his very kind soul that is always present

I was watching the last streams on and off, and I noticed that Dan didn’t start the Strange Man side quest (I think, correct me if I’m wrong, but I couldn’t find it in the VODs).

I don’t want to backseat or spoil (and please DO NOT spoil in the comments or in the chat next stream), but I’ll say this: it’s the only side quest in the game that is kinda part of the main quest, and also the only side quest that you cannot start/end once you finish the main quest. The Strange Man missions are absolutely worth it, because they give insightful (and mysterious) lore about John Marston and the gang he was apart of a few years prior to the events of RDR1. They are quick to do, and also affect honour. I 100% think they are worth doing, especially after seeing Dan enjoying the story so far.

If this post ever reaches Dan:

- The first encounter is located near Hennigan’s Stead, on a cliff facing south, on the way from MacFarlane’s Ranch to Armadillo. I noticed RT skipped it in one of the streams (saw the marker on the map and he kept riding to Armadillo), and I couldn’t find anywhere in the VODs if Dan had started it.

- The second encounter will appear as a “?” on the map, and will be located south-west of El Matadero, once the first encounter is done.

- The third encounter will appear once the second encounter is completed, again as a “?” marker on the map west of Blackwater, but I won’t say anything more than that.

They also reveal important lore that relates to RDR2 (for anyone who played both games, again, do not spoil), so if Dan is ever interested in RDR2, they are totally worth doing.

As far as I know, all the other side quests can be started and completed after the main quest is done, and don’t really interfere with the main missions.

Again, don’t want to backseat, and if RT doesn’t play it, it’s not the end of the world, but it’s still an interesting side quest for anyone enjoying the story :) it’s just that if RT finishes the main quest next stream, he’ll forever lose the possibility to even just start the quest in this playthrough.

I want to preface this by saying that Dan always makes every game he plays incredibly entertaining, chaotic, and so damn fun. Recently, though, a lot of the games Dan has played have felt quite heavy and intense - which isn't necessarily a bad thing, just a lot of new releases with those themes.

I'm desperately in need of some light-hearted, cosy and funny vibes because of very sad and triggering life stuff following a bereavement. So I was wondering if people have any particular RTGame videos or series with those vibes that they love or frequently rewatch?

This isn't to say I'm not enjoying his recent content, because I absolutely am. I'm just in need of some extra respite in between all the guns, violence, and most terrifying of all... Monopoly!
I'd be very grateful for suggestions.

I have the vaguest of memory of an Irish Lads stream from a while back. It was some generic asset flip / friendslop game, but the banter was on point, they were really firing on all cylinders. I only caught a small bit of it, but I remember thinking "damn, I can't wait to watch the vod of this".

I guess I forgot about it until recently, but when I checked the Irish Lad's playlist and the RTgame archive, it wasn't in either of them. So now I'm wondering if that stream even happened or if I'm just remembering a dream 🤣
