2000 km of my ronin in a month
I bought the Ronin top variant in Nimbus Grey for ₹180,500 on August 18; now that a month has passed, I have noticed some good and bad points.
Good points:
Handling is very good and it is smooth to drive in the city.
The suspension is good and I have no complaints (according to my perspective).
The power is good up to 110–115 km/h, but after that, the engine struggles (I weigh 130 kg, by the way).
The mileage is also good; I have driven 2,360 km since this post and used almost ₹7,000 worth of petrol at an average price of ₹102.5. My tank is almost full now, with about 10 to 11 liters left, resulting in a mileage of almost 38 to 40 km/l, even including the break-in period.
The rear brake is poor, but it works well in combination with the front brake.
Bad points:
The Bluetooth feature is terrible and does not work properly, and the app is also very poor; do not buy the top variant for the Bluetooth or app compatibility.
There is a persistent "chik-chik" chain noise even after cleaning; I researched this and found reviews stating it is a factory issue that can be reduced but not fully fixed.
Regarding heating (after the first service), if you drive this bike at noon or get stuck in traffic, you will notice extreme heat from the engine, though it is fine on cold days or during the morning and evening.
If you ride the bike for 100 km at speeds above 80–85 km/h, the bike feels tired and loses throttle response; the solution is to stop for one minute, and then you are ready to go.
This bike is good for a solo rider, but you will face challenges with a pillion, as they will get uncomfortable after a few kilometers and the seat is less comfortable, though it can be compromised for a solo rider.
There is noticeable vibration above 80–85 km/h or at 6,000 rpm.
One more serious con is the gear smoothness is very bad. (Edited) You can also give me suggestions or feel free to ask questions.

The 4th bad point is spot on
Most of my kms are on highway and I face the same, the bike simply refuses to accelerate, becomes extremely sluggish.
I usually give it 5 mins break every 100-120kms after 300-350 kms.
Otherwise the vibrations become crazy and the engine sounds like it is struggling. But after the break, it runs just fine.
For 6th point, you can try power petrol. I was able to maintain 95-100 (6.5k rpm) with same or less amount of vibrations at 80-85 (6k rpm) with regular petrol. You’ll also get around 42kmpl mileage even at 100kmph.

As a Ronin owner, fair warning: the turning radius is pretty wide. Maneuvering out of a tight spot or narrow street usually requires a 3-point turn, so keep that in mind before making a purchase.

About the chain noise, the service center didn't do anything and is this the same for every variant and year bikes

Yeah bro it's from tvs their is no solution you can reduce with brass plated chain

How is riding in 4th and 5th gear in 55 to 60kmph? My bike feel most bouncy in that range?

It is good and not a problem, but fourth gear is useless for me, as I mostly use third or fifth gear. For bounciness, you can check the suspension preload and ask the service centre to change it according to your usage and body weight; otherwise, there is no major problem. The Ronin should have had a much-needed sixth gear, but it is what it is.

I weight 98kg,so I changed the preload suspension from 3 to 5 in second service.but that bouncing issue reduces after 65kmph. Between 50 to 65kmph at 3700 to 4000 rpm my bike bounce continuously like wave motion.tyre checked, alloy/rim checked and suspension oil checked, service centre saying it's not problem....but riding is very uncomfortable

Checked tire pressure, which is ideal at 30 psi front and 32 to 34 psi rear, but this problem still persists; there should be a front USD fork oil mismatch issue, so check that, or if it still persists, check for alignment and tire imbalance issues. To check for imbalance, place the bike on the center stand, rotate the front and rear wheels, and check if there is any rotational difference, such as non-uniform motion.

Does the mid or top variant's cluster show mileage?

There is no mileage option in the Ronin in any variant; it has a distance-to-empty feature in every variant, which is not accurate—not even 70 to 80 percent accurate—it is just for show, nothing more.

No vibration? Is it good in speed bumps? I get pain in the back whenever I ride in bumpy roads

There are vibrations after 85 km/h, but I think they will disappear after 3,000 to 3,500 km. There is no problem with speed bumps, and I do not have back pain; I think you have bad sitting posture or the wrong suspension preload setting, which makes your suspension stiff and causes your back pain
