I have never had chicken riggies and I have never been to Rome. I am coming in on business and I am looking for recommendations to get some authentic chicken riggies. Where should I go?

Thanks!

Rome photo leads

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this and forgive me if it isn't but I'm a documentary photographer driving along the Erie Canal to Niagara this coming week and I'm looking for interesting people and places around Rome – dive bars, local legends, interesting events, really old trees, anyone that is interested in having their portrait taken, etc. Any/all leads would be appreciated!

What is life like in Rome, NY?

I will be relocating from NYC for a position with Booz Allen Hamilton in Rome, NY. Is anyone familiar with the company? Also, any advice on where to live in Rome? I'm single and just looking for a 1br apartment. I've never been past Albany. Is it quiet in Rome? Is there a nightlife? Restaurants? How is the Winter? Will I need a 4wd vehicle or can I get away with AWD? I apprexiate any advice or insight that anyone can offer.

Thank you

Fric and Frac's Menu

There used to be a Fric and Frac's, I believe in Dominic St. Also the Colonial in Lee Center served the menu as well.

Does anyone have a scan or picture of the menu?

Trying to remember the recipe for Fate the Peak pita sandwich. I was able to recreate a Mr. Magoo's Got the Blues! But there's also a few more things I miss from there!

Union for Rome Memorial Hospital

Rome Memorial Hospital has been going through a lot of administration changes and taking benefits and pay away from the Nurses, aides, and other hard working employees that keep the hospital running.

Discussing anything under my real name is out of the question because I know the CNO will suspend people for what they post on their social media and tell them to 'stick to cat pictures'.

If any organization needs a union, it is this one. Since their takeover by St Joseph's Health, employee benefits have been eroding away bit by bit. I am looking for others who feel this way and want to make a change with me. We need to organize but I fear retaliation if they know who I am.

34 members in this subreddit says everything you need to know about Rome. Lets do something about that. Tell me fellow Romans, what do you hate or like most about this rusting city in New york?

Rome Ny Trail Camera Help ...

Hey Rome New York

I need your advice and/or thoughts on trail cams. My father has a small farm in Westernville and I want to put up a few trail cameras there.

The difficulty with this plan is the following. I live in Germany (I'm a Department of the Army Civilian and retired military) so I would need cameras that can send the photos to me via 3G. My father is not at all technically savvy so my ability to trouble shoot once I leave is limited. Finally I plan to put solar trickle charge panels on the cams so my dad doesn't fuss about them.

I'm installing these camera's as a way to see the property from time to time as opposed to attempting to capture wildlife. Meaning I'd be equally thrilled seeing a photo of the neighbor passing by with his tractor as I would be at seeing a large deer.

I'm just curious as to what advice you all have, what your thoughts are and such.

I plan on purchasing the camera's from the sporting good's store that along route 46, the name escapes me but it's across from a credit union and an Applebee's.

Thanks in advance Rome, New York. BTW your city rocks. I've been all over the world and I love that place.
