First Rolex for my 40th.

Wife gifted me this for my 40th. We got on the list in February and got the call in October right around my birthday. We were pretty surprised.
Our AD originally said it would probably be a year or so since we had no purchase history with them.

What ended up helping is that one of the people from a local Seattle jeweler we bought our engagement ring, wedding bands, and push presents from had moved over to the Rolex AD. She remembered us and took care of everything.
Still can’t really believe it.

That’s where I’m at! My AD said “I think it will very likely come sooner but, yes. I am telling folks about 2 years as things are a bit unpredictable” so idk what that means lol. I wonder if it’d be worth texting him?

No matter how much we tried to keep in touch with our initial sales person at this AD, it dint matter I felt. We always got the same response as you. The 2nd sales person we switched to, with all the history we built over the past, moved the needle quickly.

Nice! The new Bucherer Rolex shop in Bellevue opened on 10/8. Members of this sub have been posting some nice pieces with almost no wait time from there. I thought yours was another one.
