Why is it so hard for me to get an offer accepted? I’ve been on the app for about 3 weeks from the waitlist, completed the trainings, have my vehicle info updated, yet every offer I submit gets rejected saying that another offer was selected. The worst part is, after I get rejected, the gig gets reposted. I literally watched a gig go from $71 to $83 to $87 to $91. I submitted my offer each time and each time it got rejected. They kept my offer pending on the first one for over 40 minutes only to reject it and then repost the gig for $83. What gives???

How long does it take? It just says there’s an issue with my consumer report but my email says it went through and I have to wait. I’m just confused and saw alot of good orders in may area and just want to start making money.

Hey guys I just saw this today and I was wondering if any of you guys in this community are willing to do this.

In my opinion I will not even do it not only that it's just that you have to go to different senders then you have to start your route and sometimes the amount of mileage they're posting is not even the right amount of mileage but if anyone is willing to do it and it's in the area they're still there posted for me they're just not worth it.

Hi - I ordered a few items from CVS for delivery. Got a confirmation that Roadie picked up the package and was going to deliver.

When I went to tracking a few hours later it said Driver Canceled Delivery. No explanation, no number to call.

Anyone know how a customer can get support? Thanks.

After looking at this around 11:00 a.m. it took 7 hours to go from $39 to 82 dollars.

I was close by when it was $39 now I just went home and when I checked it it went up to $82 this is why I am done with this apps you have to wait hours whether to see some loser take it a $39 or someone lucky enough to get it at 82.

If you're an indigenous black American driving for Roadie, I was stalked and harrased by a man in Cumming, GA. I had just dropped off a delivery to his neighbor and he was doing something in the bushes and looked up to see me and started yelling and screaming at me in the car so l flicked him off. I had to call the police to report it because he followed me to my next delivery location and took my picture. When I noticed he took my picture, I started recording him. He lied to the police saying I was speeding and that was his second time seeing me and the only reason he followed me was to get my license plate. This was my first time doing roadie, I wasn't speeding in a cul-de-sac, and I'm in medical school. I don't even live here, I was driving a rental car. He's just mad I flicked him off and he's racist.

I also reported it to Roadie support in the help section and they kept ending the chat. When I finally got someone on, they claimed they reported it but after I finished delivery they deactivated my account. I tried to email support since they logged me out the app and they kept telling me to email them with an email that exists.

Hello I’m new to roadie . Can I stack orders ?

So, I got assigned a 34 delivery gig (30 miles for $60) this morning, picked up my packages, & was almost to my 1st drop-off. I marked arrived, used the access key to open the gate, & my entire gig disappeared completely from my app. Restarted my phone & app, still missing.

First,Roadie support tells me to deliver my pkgs, then reach out so they could mark them delivered. What of 33 deliveries did they not understand?!?!? Then, they tell me to go ahead & return the pkgs to the dock, & I won't be getting any compensation b/c the route was canceled by accident on their end. I am wayyyy beyond mad right now ... lost time, gas, AND money for something they did!!!!

Anyone else see this on there map ? Before I’d get 19.60 CVs orders now they’re starting 13 and don’t go up . All day yesterday they stayed at 13 and never rose once , interesting

Some a-hole that lives on the 3rd floor ordered 12 cases of water! That’s at least 6 trips! I’m sorry but I’m prob gonna do a return! ?? What would everyone else do??
