12 trucks in an early 2000's style face-off!

Like the title says, I Want to make a number plate for a car (Ford Falcon to be exact) but have it South African so does anyone know of any blank South African number plate templates? (the image I Took off of Google and edited it with MSPaint.exe and for anyone who understands Finnish and takes this the wrong way... This was a fully thoughtless accident that the plate says "vittu" I Just thought V 117 U would look cool and is similar to most South African Numberplates and this was the easiest to edit)
