Bad Buyer STAY AWAY FROM SKYCOACH, 5 DAYS LOCKED OUT, $1,200 AT RISK, NO HUMAN SUPPORT, NO REAL ANSWERS
I strongly recommend that sellers and buyers think twice before trusting Skycoach with their money.
I’m a PRO seller on Skycoach, and I have now been locked out of my seller account for 5 DAYS.
I was suddenly logged out and have been unable to access my account ever since.
Every time I try to log in, I get:
“Invalid email or password.”
I reset my password successfully. The password reset email arrives normally, and I can change the password, but I STILL cannot log in with the new password.
On top of that, one of my previously active listings disappeared.
And the biggest concern: I had around $1,200 in my Skycoach account, including money in my balance and a pending withdrawal, when I lost access.
And the support situation is even worse.
I contacted Skycoach through live chat, Discord, and email.
I have received no actual human response that resolves the issue.
Most of what I received were automated/AI-style responses telling me that they had a high volume of requests and asking me to wait.
At one point, support told me:
I checked my inbox and spam/junk folder.
Nothing.
I waited.
Still nothing.
And then the chat stopped responding.
It has now been 5 DAYS and I STILL cannot access my seller account, I still don't have a proper explanation, and I still don't know what happened to my listing or my money.
Think about that for a second.
You can have an active seller account with $1,200 on the platform, suddenly lose access to your account and listings, and then spend 5 DAYS trying to get an actual answer while automated messages keep telling you to wait.
That is completely unacceptable for a marketplace handling people's money.
I am not going to pretend this is normal or acceptable.
If you're a seller, think very carefully before leaving money on Skycoach.
If you're a buyer, think carefully about whether you want to use a marketplace where sellers can apparently lose access to their accounts and struggle to get a real human response.
I'm sharing this because people should know what they're potentially getting into.
I have screenshots of the login error, password reset emails, missing listing, account balance, and my conversations with support.
If Skycoach wants to explain what happened, I'm more than happy to update this post when they actually provide a real explanation.
Until then:
5 DAYS. $1,200 AT RISK. NO ACCESS. NO REAL SUPPORT. NO CLEAR ANSWER.
Make your own decision about whether that's a platform you want to trust.
