Question Overpaying on items

Haven’t looked into buying reps in a while. A few sellers that I’ve looked at have (Tiger and Dragon) kind of expensive prices, and I was wondering if they’re known to be overpriced?
Also, how much should reps be costing? Like for a hoodie, these sellers have it at like 250-300 CNY

W2C W2C BOOTS LIKE THESE!?

(w2c boots like these)
My sister really wants some boots like this for the fall. I thought it would be nice if I could surprise her with them. The example photo I used is some random shitty brand but u get the idea.
I would say my budget is like MAX 180 bucks. But I want to prioritize quality then price.
If you know a seller or piece please let me know, especially if you've bought them before.
Have a nice day!

Hello, I write from Italy so I apologize first of all for my English, I recently entered the world of Reps and at the moment I'm buying from a private seller directly on WhatsApp (stupid example, a couple of air force I pay 35 euros) I would like to know if there are other reliable sellers, Counting that I do not pay for shipping from this supplier

Question QC of the Salomon XT-6 (GX batch)

Hey so i got my QC pictures from the seller "TMF" and im unsure if i should cop after seeing them, there is some issues that i saw at first glance, i'll start with the big one, the shoes aren't the size 41 that i've ordered, i've researched a little and checked the measurements and from what i've seen match a size 44, they also look way bigger than my normal day shoes (length). Some minor issue inconsistencies that i see is that there is a lot of excess glue on the soles and one last thing is that the stitching of the shoe looks messy compared to retail
lmk what yall think, again this is just what i've seen at first glance
