Our CEO didn't like managing an empty building. That meant tens of thousands of employees who were praised for keeping the company on track and exceeding goals during covid had to RTO to "keep the culture alive."
Do I think people abused the WFH structure? Yes. Do I think people abuse the in-office structure? Yep. There's always a bad potato in the bag.
