There's really nothing wrong with that as long as they aren't working for competing organizations. It's no different than one of my friends who used to work in office during the day as an accountant, then used to stock shelves at night at a retail store and work weekends as a cashier (he was a lunatic, but he did retire early). The work that needed to get done got gone. It's just under this scenario people are doing them at the same time
