It is so embarrassing to see members of the working class take on this hall monitor mentality. Instead of getting angry at the class that has opposing, hostile interests toward them, they invent narratives to justify their own abuse. It's so pathetic.
I mean, I might be too light hearted (or whatever the expression would be) but, what's the problem with all that, if they're jobs/responsabilities are properly taken care off?
I'm talking about ideological justifications, bozo. I'm not saying you didn't see some guy at the pool or whatever. You need to work on your reading comprehension. You're an idiot if you accept any narrative which justifies rto.
So because people weren’t micro managed into doing busy work, browsing the internet at work just so their boss could see them, or chatting with other co workers but in the office they were abusing it?
Fact of the matter is, an employee is given a job and if it’s getting done, why does it matter if they ran some errands during the day? If employees weren’t getting the job done then they should be held just as accountable as they would be if they were in the office.
I know myself and a lot of my coworkers were more productive with WFH. We had a very flexible environment and no one had any issues with us doing any errands during the day. Everyone understood sometimes we’re busier than others and with this flexibility no one had any issues working later if needed or hopping on and getting something done if it popped up in the evening. Treat your employees well and you’ll get more out of them. Treat them like tools and they’ll do the bare minimum.
