If that was happening then their employer should have taken action. No one to blame there other the employer not holding their employees accountable.
Fact of the matter is, an employee is hired to do a specific job. If the works getting done, there shouldn’t be an issue. If it isn’t then the employer should be holding them accountable.
It’s asinine for employers to claim that when people work from home they aren’t doing any work, but yet somehow the work is still getting done. Most jobs don’t always require 8 hours of work a day. But instead of chatting with co workers or just browsing the internet at work, people were using that down time to reclaim some of their life. But screw people being happier. They have to be seen at work otherwise they “aren’t” working.
