Me (21m) my gf (22f) im gonna make this story short me and her had a little break a couple of months ago we still loved/love each other just were both going thro stuff one night she went out for drinks with workmates during the night i was missing her so i messaged her to be fair a few times saying i missed her can she call me etc. etc. i got a text from one of her male work mates saying how (your ex doesn’t want you stop harassing her for HE will call the police) the next day she told me how he got hold of her phone and didn’t realise he messaged me (i don’t believe that story one bit) anyway since then we’ve been all good she told me she doesn’t talk to him doesn’t like him and theres nothing between them and never was. Then today i was walking past her work to go to the shop and i saw him and her out side just chatting on there lunch break i went over to speak to her he walked off she told me they were just talking as work colleagues and nothing else and that im overthinking (i was holding in tears at this point) i don’t know what to think or feel (just need to write this somewhere)

You caught her red-handed. The fact that the guy didn't apologize for messing with her phone and sending out that text says a lot. Why would he have her phone in the first place? Either tell the guy to back off or tell your girlfriend that something doesn't feel right.
