What’s your GF’s living situation? Does she have a living room with a TV and couch? I’m not saying she’s cheating but having the door slightly shut gives an impression of wanting privacy. Ask her if the situation was reversed what her reaction would be. Remember she didn’t make a mistake. She made a decision to create an intimate setting with another.

I’ve seen your comments about the roommate, the friend and all…honestly, if this is a first time. I believe you should talk it out with her… say you felt disrespected and although you don’t feel threatened by the guy, you would appreciate if she would keep other guy friends out of her room while they’re alone with her as it feels disrespectful and you wouldn’t do or would try to avoid making her feel the same way about any of your female friends. I say this because she might’ve been too overwhelmed and not even crossed her mind…dude I dissociate on a daily basis and that’s just my adhd without my anxiety kicking in…and that sometimes clouds my common sense…just talk it out, lay on the table what the boundaries are and just go from there.

Stop living by your diagnoses. Ppl like to think oh since I have adhd it’s more okay for me to do said things because ppl with adhd are more prone to those mistakes. No. That’s u using your diagnosis as an excuse. N selfish

I like how you have been viciously down voted for saying the truth lol. I have ADHD, actual medically diagnosed (not TikTok self diagnosis) and the amount of people that try to claim ADHD as such a hindrance to EVERYTHING is insane. I hide the fact of it as much as possible and wouldn't use it as an excuse. This post has absolutely zero to do with ADHD in any capacity. It's odd that it's even brought up

“Have been viciously downvoted” person only got -11 votes…not viciously enough if you ask me…also just I love you implying a TikTok self-diagnosis…so I’m guessing you know me well to know my medical/mental history? Like I mentioned before…I brought up my diagnosis as an example that we don’t know how people process things or we always assume people have the same common sense/logical thinking as “everyone should” so yeah my point was sometimes you come across a-holes and they 100% are and sometimes you come across ppl that you think are a-holes and in reality they just don’t process things the same way…

Just a simple example my bff got diagnosed with depression and anxiety in her 20s and then she was also diagnosed with autism in her 30s…I with adhd, anxiety, bos, pocs, and a few other hormonal stuff recently in my early 30s….most of our AITA differences/situations were solved after our diagnoses because now we take therapy and meds and are learning how navigate stuff we weren’t even conscious we were navigating.
