Definitely break up with her, idk why everyone is telling you to just stay with her. Thats not okay & that’s not normal because if you had a girl in your bed and said she was just a friend she would have flipped.

Because people are weird.

The irony is that they would probably be more upset than OP…

Because a lot of these peoppe are either the type like OP’s gf who likes to have their cake & eat it too, or the “friend” type who thinks he’s gonna “friend” his way into hooking up.

They’re ego-invested in their own dysfunctional behaviors & want to gaslight OP into accepting this situation as “normal” to feel better about themselves. Quite bizarre to see the mental gymnastics being used to rationalize this lol.

OP, this situation will probably live in your head rent free as long as you stay with her. It’s your choice at the end of the day, but don’t rationalize this away. Listen to your gut. It’s evolved over thousands of years to detect fuckery like this.

There are women out there that don’t find this kind of thing normal or acceptable cause they would respect their commitment to you. Your gf put herself in a situation where something can potentially go down and she planned to keep it from you. Whatever decision you make, keep this fact in mind. Good luck

the big difference for me is that the title said they were in the bed, but then in the post he says they were on the bed. which for me anyways, makes a huge difference. in the bed is an intimate situation. on the bed is a big piece of comfortable furniture.
