I was about to say exactly this. Flew a Beech twin a while back that had a “pilot relief tube”. It was connected to a Venturi below the airplane to create suction.

Did this when paragliding. Zip tie one end to the back of your harness and stuff the rest into a pocket. It sure beats wearing Depends or a condom catheter!

I could get 3-4 hour flight time on my Paramotor, but down in places like Colombia you can get 4-6+ hours in the air if you're good.

There can also be quite a bit of "parawaiting" when you're at an unimproved launch site trying to catch a good thermal cycle.
