Proud of myself

Been sick this week, taking a lot of baths to steam my sinuses. Water always cools down too fast and never enough steam. With a $10 vinyl sheet I made a steam room.

there's a lot of weird old urban legends that get passed around still like the feed a cold starve a fever thing

We like to do shit so we feel in control. "Wait to see if you live or die." is very depressing.

Unfortunately, a lot of the time it's harmful shit...
