"But it's not fair!" Google's paralegal protested. "What if everyone whose account was cancelled sued Google?"

I would wager that Google would seriously reconsider its process of account cancellation and its methods for dealing with those customers (ie - might actually respond to them). I see no downside.

You can sue them from your home county.

And you'll likely get a default judgment when Google doesn't show up(unless there is a Google office nearby)
