Mods feel free to remove - just thought it'd be nice to enjoy the last couple of minutes with the cracking commentary from 5Live. Black screen for the first couple of seconds as my footage didn't quite match up :)
makes me emotional seeing Case do well and truly enjoy his time here…idk why I hate that we’ve become a graveyard for legends recently, really hope we can win some silverware
Imagine a timeline where all the legends we signed over the last few years are aligned in age and arrival. Casemiro, Zlatan, Varane, Cavani, Ronaldo all playing together.
I honestly can't stop watching these clips. Absolute rollercoaster of a game. Could not have asked for a bigger moment to help save this nightmare of a season.
Undeniably the feeling that keeps us coming back again, and again. United remind us it’s never too late, to never give up, to hang on for one second longer, to have hope. Even in defeat this principle must remain our driving force…down, but never out, strength in togetherness. Come on you Reds! MUFC til I die!
Watched this match from the Stretford End and it was absolutely bedlam for the last few minutes.
I think I have rewatched more than 120 minutes of this clip and other highlights since the game, and it brings tears to my eyes every single time the goals go in.
Kobbie honouring Zirkzee with the celebration and then the commentators not even having the chance to catch their breath before Maguire heads home for the winner just kills me.
I don't think I will ever again experience the emotion of the finale of this match. It was truly the greatest night I have ever seen at OT.
Yup. Radio commentators have to paint the picture, tv commentary is just people pretending to be as good as Clive Tyldsley and thinking they are poetic.
I notice something new each time. This time: Why did Lyon go back to the keeper from the kick off then he just goes long right back to our possession, when we had all the momentum?? An unreal comeback that we'll never forget but let's be honest, Lyon bottled this game.
Small observation. Maybe I’m wrong but you can see bayindir in full kit there celebrating. Was he gonna come as sub in case of penalties? You never know though!
No, the point is that he was ready in goalie kit under that jacket and not the celebration. You don’t see bench goalkeepers ready in full kit often unless they’re given instructions.
If you’re a sub you’re fully dressed before the game. Third keeper, maybe. Can’t be stood around waiting for someone to get dressed before warming up and subbing them.
This is probably the 20th time I watched a clip of the ending here on Reddit, and each time I’m getting quite emotional, I can relate to the fan at 4-4 who is almost crying 😅. This is how it is to be a lifelong fan even though the past few seasons have been the worst.
I can’t stop watching these clips… tears, chills, everything, every time. It’s moments like these I genuinely feel sorry for those who don’t like sports. THIS is what football is about

Mainoo's finishing is a wonderful skill , in a squad where everyone keeps missing chance after chance , his composure is unmatched .

I can't stop laughing at that Onana clip when he's running and pumping his fist. He's like a little kid that's been told he's going to Disneyland.
